2 months agoI usually shop their clearance beauty products and I can usually get my hair products at a good price. What I don’t understand is why their clothing selection prices seem to be so much higher than tj Max’s around the country. It just seems the stores I go to in SC and FL have a larger selection of clothing under 24.99 and the rutland store that appears to be starting price. However the staff is nice, the store is clean.a year agoFor the most part this store is pretty decent,when my paper bag broke just outside the store Crystal was very helpful! Great selection of organic foods. Tbh there isn’t a very good selection of ladies plus size dresses or petite plus sizes in general. Very good selection of Spices,cooking supplies, and home goods.a month agoWith so few stores in the area its nice to have one with a variety of options.4 years agoI used gift card I received as birthday present last year. The only thing I was interested in was discounted shampoo and soap. They don’t really have anything else I am interested in. Not really their fault….I am a guy interested in sports. Their clothes selection s aren’t really marketed for someone like me. Nonetheless I was at least able to find something. This review probably won’t be of much use, but it is what it is.2 years agoI’ve always liked T.J. Maxx and they have an interesting mix of high-end household goods and designer clothes, toys, gourmet snacks, household knickknacks and dishes and the like. A good way to find deals on nice stuff. The only thing I’ve never liked about this chain is that for men’s clothes, you’re hard pressed to find anything even in large, and beyond that, forget it. This particular store doesn’t seem to be any different than any others I’ve been to.

a week agoI have never had a upset or inattentive cashier. Professional. Large volume of stock is always neat and put away. A well run store.a month agoGreat store! The bathrooms, however, are always absolutely disgusting here. My son went into the men’s room and quickly came out to tell me there was poop in the trash can and on the floor, so I had to let him use the women’s room. This is the women’s room.3 months agoGiving this store 3.5 stars. The women’s clothing has become mainstream with too many polyester “over 60” style florals and bold prints most Vermont ladies would wear. They end up on the clearance rack. Keep bringing in Tahari, Rachel Zoe, and other good designer brands that breathe and look good. The juniors section is skimpy midriff showing sizes 2, 4 and 6. My daughter won’t shop here. Men’s section should be larger, there’s hardly anywhere to shop locally for men and Kohl’s prices are going to drive them out of business. Kitchen section has gone downhill. Bring back nice decorative towels, runners, and not the kitschy seasonal stuff. Would love to see Tommy Bahama pillows again too.2 months agoI bought 3 pairs of pants and a jacket! Great deals on clothes, home accessories, pet supplies, children’s toys, and more!
This is a well run location. Merchandise is well displayed and can most often find something to spruce up my wardrobe. It’s clean and the sales associates are pleasant and helpful.
Nice location. Clean and orderly. Decent stocked. Found some nice pieces. Big candy selection. Big section for women not so for men.
If you don’t buy it now, it wont be there when you go back! Always has great selection and good price. It’s just sometimes when it comes to clothing, sizes are limited. Red and yellow tags is the way to go! And clearance aisle! Plenty of parking and is right next to HomeGoods.
Our family is very big on the TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Sierra stores. It’s a hit or miss here for good customer service here. Not to mention the awfully high crime rate at this location. I’ve been here at least three times where the cops are sitting outside dealing with some thief. But I would suggest to visit the st Albans location. Better store all around.
