Decent size and location with a good variety of items. They have half self check out and registers. Polite staff.

It’s okay, Roanoke location is better. Able to hop in grab few things cheap and often able to save money and time.

I would give this location more stars if I were able to get to their products and buy anything… I’ve been to this location three times, everytime it looks like this. Rufe Snow location is MUCH better.

This store use to be nice but now there’s nothing ever stocked , nothing on the shelves, can’t walk down the aisles because all the stuff to stock with is in the way you can’t get nowhere. One little lady stocking and one guy checking they were the only good people in the store they were very very sweet and in helping you with anything you needed. They need several stocker’s instead of running one little lady ragged and another checker to help the guy out because you get a long line of people waiting to get checked out!! No manager in sight or assistant manager everytime I go in there but yes this store has gone downhill and it’s a shame because it’s a big store.

Their stars have dropped bcause I went to this dollar tree looking for boxes and was told I couldn’t get the big ones cause they needed them. Never mind that I even ask for 2 empty big ones with the flaps cut off and was still told I couldn’t even get those. Wow. I guess customer service is gone for good.

Such a nice little Dollar Tree. It had everything I needed at the great price of $1. This Dollar Tree was clean and has some amazing employees.

For a Dollar Tree, it was pretty clean. Most Dollar Trees are dirty and have everything everywhere, but this one wasn’t. It did have a lot of boxes, but that wasn’t a problem. It also has a bathroom!!! I didn’t go in, so I don’t know the conditions of it, but most Dollar Trees don’t have public bathrooms.

The employees are so nice and build great relationships with the customers. The cashier was such a kind person. He talks to the customers and made sure that they were having a great day.

Tldr: great, clean dollar tree with super cool employees. 5/5⭐️

The manager Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very personable and went above & beyond to accomodate my needs. This is the type of management I’d like to see in other businesses! Outstanding! Sales associates Dominique & Kayla were also outstanding!Dominique was friendly & organized and completed my transaction quickly.Kayla displayed exceptional product knowledge, was very engaging & had a sweet disposition. All three displayed the types of personalities necessary for a business to be sucessful.

This location was horrible on May 11th!!!! Only 1 cashier, we were close to 40 people deep waiting to get checked out! Cashier stated she’d been by herself since 4pm. I Do Not Understand why some stores don’t hire enough staff . I was very disappointed with the long wait. A lot of customers walked out! I had never had this type of experience at this Dollar Tree before!!!

Allowed another woman to argue with me in the store, yelling while having her daughter walk around on her own, her daughter looked about three years old to five. No phone number to get in contact with store manager.

  1. Even for a Dollar Tree in the Hood, it always seems clean and well kept. Friendly staff. And anytime the lines at the registers get too long, this store is quick to open another register to alleviate the crowded conditions.
As of yet, this Dollar Tree still requires a face mask to enter.
    Good job guys.

  2. To whom it may concern:
I want to start off by saying I am a long time customer as I’m sure you have plenty.

I take advantage of your multiple ways of purchasing all your products. With that being said I place an order online. I received the notification that my package was ready to be picked up at your location. I went to pick up my package and I was informed that only half of my order was at that location and the other half was at the camp Bowie location. I’m not sure how this happened but the lady who helped me explained that I needed to pick up the other half of my order first and then I could pick up the rest at other location.
I agreed. I understand things happen. Unfortunately i couldn’t pick it up the same day. Then the following day I proceeded to return to the Lancaster location where I went to pick up the my order. I proceeded to tell the cashier that I was there to pick up my package. The cashier yelled to an employee in the office turning away from me that I was there to pick up a package.
The employee in the office yelled that I need to return in the morning. The cashier looked at me with an expression did you hear that. Proceeding to say again I needed to return in the morning. I tried to explain to the employee that this would be my 3rd trip to their businesses and that it was my 2nd time here at this location. I was beyond upset at this point. The lady sitting in the office at a computer drinking a beverage showed the worst non concerning attitude I have ever seen in my life.
She called the manager at this time. Speaking so disrespectful with terrible side comments. She stated that it’s not like she made the order online.I was baffled. I couldn’t believe all of this was happening over my packages that I purchased with your company.

I decided I had it. I asked for they lady’s name and cooperates number. She refused both. She explained that I could look up cooperates number if I wanted it and that she would not be giving me her name.
It was 815 pm. It was a long day for everyone im sure. But this. This will keep me from ever doing business with this location at least. I am still beyond baffled and confused on how all of this came from me ordering my packages online.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

  3. I am so tired of these no backpack pollicies. I just got back from the library doing some work on my laptop I want to pick up something to drink but they won’t let me in their store because I have a backpack because they’re afraid I’m going to steal a $1 item, when I have a $400 item in my bag. I’m sorry that’s not a trade off.

This is a bigoted policy that discriminates against people who do not have vehicles. Because not having a backpack is not going to stop somebody from stealing

  4. Hard working staff. Evelyn and the older lady are very good workers. Stocking could be better but dollar tree is a difficult place to keep stocked, especially in such a populated area.
