The sales person would speed through finance options. I wanted to know how the financing broke out. She was not patient with my questions and it was as though I was a burden to her through the experience. I could understand if it was busy, however we were the only customers in the store. I don’t doubt she tried to give us the best option, however there were a few reasons why I ended up canceling my order. 1. When asking what models were wood, not wood veneer – she gave us incorrect info. I found out later, I unknowingly purchased a wood veneer model. 2. Pricing for both the delivery and the warrantees were cheaper when ordering through Ashley’s website. Not happy with the overall experience.in the last weekJenny G. at the 4851 Citylake Blvd E location in Fort Worth was AMAZING from start to finish, she was polite, excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable and informative as well as engaging! The experience was AWESOME and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy furniture! 3 months agoAfter a long search for a new set of couches, we finally found what would work best for us with the help of Daniel A. He truly helped the experience go much smoother and truly was patient with us. Daniel helped us throughout the whole process and even helped by moving around sectionals and tables to see what best fit our living area. To top it off we even found a bedroom set for our son. The best news is they had everything in stock and we would not need to wait months before getting our new furniture like at some other stores. Thanks Daniel and Ashley’s! Y’all did not disappoint!a week agoImpressive showroom and sale items easily financed were a plus. Monique, the sales person, was superb. She was very attentive and provided valuable insight on the specials being offered. Her manner was professional and a pleasure. I strongly endorse her. If you have an opportunity to have her advise you in your search, you will not be disappointed.5 months agoOur experience with the Ashley store was horrendous First, they rescheduled the delivery three times. Second, when they came, they brought the loveseat with the legs all scratched. Third, when they installed the frame king bed, they damaged it. They put parts in backward, scratched the wood, and left the screws loose and parts incomplete. We immediately contacted the warranty call center to claim the two damages, and they took a month to help us. We called multiple times and sent emails and Facebook messages, but no one helped us. We had to go to the store for help, and they told us to call the technical company. When we reached the technical company, they corroborated that Ashley never scheduled a person to fix the bed frame.I recommend that you avoid buying from this store and any Ashley store. Some of the delivery employees do not know how to assemble the furniture, so they damage it and don’t care if the furniture is damaged. They just want to deliver it, and they promise a warranty that, at the end, has terrible customer service.
5 months agoThis has been the absolute worst and most stressful purchasing experiences of our lives. We never get the same answers from customer service, when we can even get answers. No one responds to the emails we “have to wait for”. I have called and emailed numerous times. We have been dealing with customer service since the day we picked up these items almost 2 months ago. We have also gone into the store we purchased them from, but they said we needed to contact customer service. They have not been used or even finished being put together because the quality is so bad!After waiting for a reply from the emails they make you wait on for several weeks with no response, I called again and spoke to someone who told me they could not be refunded because it had been over 2 weeks. I explained that we had been waiting on Ashley to contact us because we called to get it taken care of the first business day after we received the items. He told me a supervisor would call me within 2 hours and I never heard back. I called again later that afternoon multiple times and was passed from one person to another saying no supervisors were available. I waited another hour and tried again. I was able to speak to a supervisor who told me that there was nothing Ashley could do until a technician had been sent out. My husband called again a few days later to check on the status and they told us the parts were on order and someone would be here within 7-10 days. We called 7-10 days later to check and were notified that the technician and parts had been cancelled, so we were given a supervisors email. Emailed the supervisor with no response. Waited over a week and emailed him again to get a one sentence response letting us know parts were ordered and it would be ANOTHER 3 WEEKS before anyone could do anything. He completely ignored the fact that no one ever responded to the previous emails or even acknowledged the emails I was told to forward him.
Like I said, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
3 weeks agoWe had the best experience at the Ashley’s furniture store today in Alliance! We came in and looked through everything and we’re almost done when the sweetest sales lady named Dayna Chapman came over and asked if we needed anything and helped us with our questions. She was so efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the whole process, and overall extremely helpful. She was not pushy with us at all, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Brisa was AMAZING. WONDERFUL & that’s no cap. My experience during the whole process was smooth, she wasn’t down my neck the entire time lol & allowed me space to view all the merchandise on the floor. She smiled, she greeted me with open arms & was just such a sweet sweet soul!
MRS. Sandra was very great had a great experience there she was very helpful and walked me through every step and explained things I didn’t know, she made sure I was okay and I wasn’t needing anything # like a beverage? But she also made sure that everything I was choosing was to my liking 🙂

Walked in looking for a dining room table. Employee knew exactly the table I was exactly referring to. She was able to order and have it assembled and delivered to my home. I was even approved and offered 0% for 12 months.
Gerardo Amaya was so helpful. I came inn knowing what bed setup and mattress I wanted and he helped me get approved for financing??. He was very friendly and respectful the whole time as well as showing me different prices on mattress and helping me choose the best one that fits my budget.
RAFAEL was such a BLESSING very PATIENT, SWEET as well as very PROFESSIONAL he explained in great detail all our options as far as delivery fees, set up and anything else we weren’t sure of. HONESTLY by the end of our conversation, we had no questions because that’s how thorough he was during the entire process. He was very HELPFUL, I will definitely be RECOMMENDING to EVERYONE I know!
