2 months agoWei Song is a very intuitive, kind person with an attention to detail and knowledge without that pushy car salesman feel. I found her to be a very pleasant competent woman and will definitely buy from her again. Following my purchase, Frankie took great care in tying down my purchase knowing I was driving almost two hours away. I have NEVER seen such a great job with the special knots and loops, The furniture didn’t move an inch. Excellent tie job Frankie. Bob Mills these two employees are the reason I will keep coming back. I plan to return today for a nightstand and some custom decorations. Excellent service, and experience and encourage all to visit and you will be sold, I know I am!in the last weekWe had a Wonderful Shopping Experience at this store. The atmosphere is genuinely very friendly! Our salesman, Jacob, greeted us at the door with a big smile and a warm handshake. Their delivery system was flawless, and the chair even arrived 2 hours early! They contacted me to make sure that was OK. The delivery guys were professional and very respectful of our home, making sure not to scratch anything. 10/10 will shop there again!3 weeks agoThis was truly one of the best buying experiences we have had. We went in to see the labor day deals but were a little skeptical because our prior furniture didn’t last as long as we’d wanted. We met Tami who helped us through the process and even looked into our prior purchase. She was honest & very helpful. She pointed out items that met our expectations and budget. We got everything squared away and delivery was scheduled sooner than we expected. Delivery team showed up and was very efficient. They were polite and did a great job. Tami helped restore our faith in Bob Mills furniture and we are extremely pleased with our purchase.a month agoOur salesman Ryan was Awesome!!! We loved how he explained every detail about the furniture he showed us. He was helpful in answering any questions we had about the products. He never pushed us into buying something we didn’t need. He was very helpful getting a wheelchair for my father and was very concerned when my blood sugar dropped along with other Bob Mills staff members. a month agoWe had a wonderful salesman, Parker. My family was shopping for furniture for my Aunt as she was going into Assisted Living. Parker helped me through buying her bed and adjustable frame. He was so friendly and professional all at the same time. I had lots of requests and questions regarding delivery and Parker and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to get things done on our time frame which meant a lot to us during this difficult time. Thank you for the great experience.3 weeks agoThe experience at Mathis outlet was exceptional from the moment I walked through the door until I left out of the door. I was met by a wonderful man name Ali. I use a cane to assist me with my walking. Ali was very kind and mindful of this. He was very accommodating to me and adjusted his movement to my pace. He did so much leg work for me. I purchased living area, dinette, and bed room furniture.. I was very pleased with the name brand and the quality of each piece I selected. One of the managers, Josh, so kindly helped me with all the discounts, rewards, and benefits. Everything went perfect and the customer service there is excellent. I highly recommend Mathis Outlet. I was able to choose the mattress and frame that fit all my wants and needs. I was really surprised how laid back the whole experience was.. Will definitely be back when in search of my next furniture purchase..in the last weekGot the catches I wanted. after doing the math on how much the couches we’re gonna be. I found it fair when I went to check out. It was a different price. Salesman never told me there was 2 different prices. Ended up paying $237 more than what we thought.in the last weekHad a great time shopping for my recliner! Thanks to Tony as he took his time, explained all features and stayed with me through the whole process! Very pleased!

Was lied to about the delivery options. We were not made aware of the door step delivery. We were not told that it would be delivered in boxes and that we would have to assemble it ourselves. We would of paid the $60 to have it in our house assembled. Now we just have two big boxes sitting in our living room. I would not recommend using Anthony Clark as you sales associate. Then we called costumer service and told them about our issue with delivery. They told us the best that they could do is get someone out in a few days to put it together and still charge us the $60. We have been a costumer for 21 years at Mathis brothers. It’s nice to know they do not really care about their returning customers. This is the worst delivery we have had from Mathis brothers.
I loved the the salesman we had. His name is Carey!! He did a excellent job in helping us . This is the beautiful bedroom set we purchased minus the bench, we got everything you see here and it looks so beautiful in our bedroom!! I’d recommend going here to find furniture for your house. Sidenote the vanity is lovely ? thay comes with this set
Chris Humphrey is incredible! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to any questions or requests. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service with a personal touch. He makes you feel like you are shopping with family. Financing and delivery were very easy and met our needs. Thanks Chris for your time and being a great asset for Mathis Brothers!
Have you looked into the new furniture store Living Spaces? I was also lied to about delivery options as mentioned in other reviews. Signed up for the membership last September, went in June to buy furniture and they charged us for delivery which was supposed to be covered by the membership. Called that day to cancel our membership, since it wasn’t what they advertised. Saturday, 9-16-2023, they charged our account $139 for the membership that was cancelled and not what was advertised. Oh and a week after we ordered the couches, we hadn’t gotten a call about the promised delivery that day, we called them and they said the couches wouldn’t even be in stock until mid July.
Had a great experience with Mathis! The people were helpful and the delivery was efficient. Joyce was very kind.
Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of how long I had to wait to pay. Their system was down, which I understand! I just didn’t feel like I was prioritized as a customer at that time. Waited for at least 15 minutes with no communication.
