a month agoFound the products I was looking for.New review – Last week, 08/18, I visited to return the self-propelled lawn mower and get a riding lawn mower. Unfortunately, they said at the return counter that I could not avail the 20% off, which I got on the self-propelled. It was just an exchange of products, infact I planned to spend $2000 more. As the discount was not given, I left the store and went to their competitor’s store and bought a riding lawn mower.

You can have Craftsman.a month agoI have come to enjoy my visits to my local Lowe’s. Aaron, Jerry, Gio, and Omar are extremely helpful. No matter my needs, they offer consistent top-notch customer support. I greatly appreciate the level of support offered; it is the reason I return.11 months agoTHIS LOWES IS THE BEST AT UNIVERSITY?? WHO EVER DID THE decorations needs to do all of the lows!! I like that the Lowe’s app shows exactly where in the store I can find what I searched for on the app. The app also shows the local store’s price for my searched item. I have bought everything from garden soil to new appliances and hardware here.

a week agoI just love Lowes. It’s super clean, and the isles are brightly lit. Easy to find products. Isles are well marked. And if you have questions, you can always find someone to help you find the item you are looking for. Overall, great employees and wonderful customer service.a month agoI was in the store the other evening, and I was assisted by a wonderful man name Dale.I needed assistance with some buckets, and Dale asked if he could help before I could even get the words out.
He didn’t just tell me the aisle # the product was located at. He took me there, unfortunately only the smaller buckets were available. At least this is what I thought.
Dale, then pulled out his device and searched to see if the large ones were in the store. And they were! However they were out of reach (on the upper shelves) where he nor myself could reach them.
This amazing gentleman got the huge ladder needed and climbed up to get me the items.
Dale gave me a great experience, he went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I said THANK YOU, but I wanted to say it again!
It really makes a difference when you have someone who cares, and this is definitely what Dale displayed.
a month agoLauren & Stacey in customer service are the kindest people, always ready to help answer my questions, or fix my online orders. They probably deal with some real azzholes but they always greet me with a smile & a fresh outlook on the next person in line. I appreciate them 🙂3 months agoAn Item was tagged 40% percent off. The store manager Tai refused to honor price. Corporate and 3 other Lowes Stores said Manager Tai’s decision was in poor taste.3 months agoRented a power tool from this location for the first time & it was a great experience. Can’t say enough good things about Keith! He was super friendly & knowledgeable. Showed me how to set everything up, gave me tips, helped load & unload equipment. Would absolutely recommend 🙂

Lowes is always a good time! Like a grown up candy store. Today I went tot refresh my garden. There is a huge selection of outdoor and indoor plants and everything you need to keep them healthy and last. I like this location a lot. It is always clean and inviting. They keep up with holiday decorations and have everything a person would need to get their home in the holiday spirit also. I’m very happy with my plant selection. Two thumbs up to Lowes!
Items don’t match description on website. Website say items are in stock when indeed they are not. Items are not and same aisles and base as are listed in website. No one in customer service, Associates or anyone on the phone seems to care. Have made five trips to this Lowe’s in the last 2 days because of inaccurate website listings. This store used to be good. I think they should just shut it down now
I found myself in a bind and needed a new refrigerator quickly. I was pleased with the in-store customer service and glad that they had next-day delivery available. The next day came. I was told the delivery could arrive as late as 7pm. So I patiently waited all day, not wanting to bother a customer-service rep prior to 7pm. At 7pm, I called the number on the receipt. They couldn’t give me any information about the delivery status and gave me another number to call. I called that number and no one picked up. I waited 10 minutes and called again. Someone picked up and proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes. Once I finally talked to the rep, we got to the bottom of the story. The delivery drivers went to the wrong address much earlier in the day. They made no attempt to contact me by phone prior to arriving, nor did they call me when no one answered the door at the wrong address. And, of course, I also received no notice that my delivery had failed. So I continued to patiently wait for hours, while no one was actually coming and the drivers had moved on. I consider it a day wasted, and I have no refrigerator to show for it. I was told that they were third-party delivery drivers. Sorry Lowe’s, but if you contract bad third-party drivers that waste customers’ time, that reflects negatively on you, and you will receive the bad review.

I did call the number provided by Lowe’s in response to this review, to have them “look into it.” They offered to transfer my call to the company performing the delivery. After being transferred I got such insightful information as “This voicemail box is full.” Well played, Lowe’s.
Did I eventually get my refrigerator? Yes, but I see no need to raise this review score.
I needed a light and here I could find it easily. The employees were very fast and they helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. Good place to find whatever you need for your home.
Horrible customer service. Had an issue with a sink Lowes had installed that developed multiple cracks. Associate I spoke with was uninformed and unhelpful so I asked to speak with the store manager. Manager was unavailable so I left a message for him to call me. Unfortunately I never received a call. This is not the first time this has happened. The customer service at Lowes is non existent and I have been a customer for over 20 years, but I think this is the last chance I will give them.
UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW-I called the number provided by the “owner” and spoke with someone who refused to give me her name because she said she didn’t have to after she told me there was nothing Lowes could or would do for me. In addition she kept asking me the same questions over and over as if she wasn’t listening and just going through the motions of having a conversation. Why did you waste my time by having me call. I only became more frustrated and resolved to end my 23 year relationship with Lowes. You have untrained, uninformed and inept people on the phone. Sorry I bought and had flooring installed earlier this year.
