Great Home Depot location right off of US-85. Friendly staff, organized, and easy to find what you need! Went here to get some stuff we needed and it was easy to find! Staff was friendly and helpful too. Overall, great Home Depot. Will be back!

Employees at the store refused to honor a price match even after I showed them Home Depot policy on the Home Depot website. They were rude throughout the process and wasted my time. Eventually they put in the price match but only after arguing with me and only after I showed them the official policy multiple times and they called their manager. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I have found the employees here to be the worst at customer service of any location I’ve ever been to. This is not my regular Home Depot location, but I’ve probably been to Home Depot between 50 and 100 times this year, and this store is terrible.

Ask for Robin! Robin was an incredible and delightful help to me and my family when we had to urgently get a new refrigerator after ours broke. We were there with our five year old daughter and Robin attended to her, as well, like she was her own. It was a stressful time made better by a wonderful person like Robin. We felt cared for, like we were her priority, and whenever we go back we’ll ask for her. Thank you Robin! You’re amazing ❤️

We ordered a deck from this HD, and the delivery forklift driver almost comically knocked down our fence and left without a word. HD now claims they did not deliver the deck. The store managers are kind, but in the end I am left with a mystery. According to HD, a random person somehow picked up my order, brought it to my house, and knocked down my fence. If you have any information about who did this, please let me know!

UPDATED The new receiving people are extremely slow at unloading trucks. Took them 2 hours to unload my truck when the previous employees took less than a half an hour UPDATED 9/18/23 big improvements on getting unloaded . It’s not perfect but what Home Depot is. Appreciate the hard work Home Depot

I needed some specific screws by size. They had exactly what I needed plus cheap propane for my grill. Everything seems very reasonably priced for its location. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely look here before going other large box stores.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Unless it’s something very specific they should have what you need. It’s nice not being in a super mega store.

I love shopping at Ace. I always try to give them business instead of the big box hardware stores. This is my neighborhood ace and I shop here pretty frequently, twice in the past week alone, but I won’t be back. I came in to get a key. I went back to the key counter, and waited a minute and no one came. So then I went up to the front and asked the cashier for help and she put out a call to help me. I went back and waited about 5 more minutes and nothing, so I went back up again. She told me they were busy and to wait, yet I saw employees standing around stocking, but she put out a call again. I waited probably another 5 minutes and still nothing. A man that had been up front that I talked to was walking back with another customer, I kind of shrugged my shoulders. He did too and replied the guy who cuts keys is in the garden center, I ask if he can’t come in and help me, he says he is helping another customer. Okay, I can wait. Then the man walks over to Lisa in plumbing and asks if she can cut keys and she agrees. She had been standing not 20 feet from me this entire time stocking, she saw me obviously waiting for help and didn’t come over. She finally comes over after he asks and I make the comment that this is a little ridiculous. Which maybe I shouldn’t have said, but frankly it was. Then she immediately gets a huge attitude and tone with me, raises her voice and says that I saw her over there why didn’t I come ask her. I replied that she also saw me and didn’t come help, and that I assumed after two calls made that she wasn’t able to help or she would have. She stated that she didn’t have a walkie talkie and was unable to hear the calls, yet I was able to hear them through the store from 20 ft away, so that’s doubtful. Either way, her behavior was absolutely inappropriate, she continued to argue with me which I told her to stop. I felt attacked and left absolutely heated which is unlike me. I’ve worked retail, I’ve even worked in a hardware store, I know that customer service is a huge part of the job. This wasn’t customer service. I shouldn’t have to ask 3 different people 3 times for help with a service they offer in a small store that’s not that busy. I shouldn’t have to seek out employees that literally look at me and see me waiting.

Was helped by Isaac. I needed a screw extractor to remove the stripped bolts on my license plate and Isaac went out of his way to use the Shop’s drill and get the screws out for me. 5/5 will return – everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you Isaac!

  1. Home Depot is a one-stop-shop for all your DIY needs, with their vast collection of home improvement products and materials. The store is incredibly organized, with everything from lumber to paint, and hardware to power tools, all arranged in a logical and straightforward manner, making it easy to locate what you need. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of customer service, as the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, my experience at Home Depot was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

  2. It’s Home Depot, what do you expect? You want customer service, go to ACE! Inattentive staff, unless you’re Latino. I’ve walked passed several employees on multiple occasions and have never been spoken to. Yet the Latino customers around me are always being greeted or asked if they need help. It was hard to get used to in the beginning but the more stores I visit it seems to be the norm. As a handyman I’m all over the Denver metro area. In most of the stores from Castle Rock to Thornton I see the same results.
For the stores themselves, from cluttered aisles (whether it’s bulky displays blocking half an aisle or contractor orders blocking the shelves) to the main front aisle being 2 individual 1 way paths. The flow of the store is very restricted on busy days. And forget trying to purchase a locked up tool in a timely fashion!
The last special order I placed I was told “oh yeah, it’s on aisle 34. Down on the end. It will have a sticker with your name on it.” Get to the aisle and finally find my item. It’s buried behind several other special order items. 2 employees standing close by (within 4ft) didn’t even notice me struggling to move the other heavier items. After a set of heavy, steel bifold doors fell and smashed my arm they asked if I needed help. I said not now…. grabbed my door and left. Customer service is nothing more than a word to these folks

  3. It’s a Home Depot, so you probably know what to expect. This is a nice location, well stocked, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I really like that you can recycle batteries and lightbulbs here – it’s hard to find somewhere to do so, and it’s really important (and I think it might actually be illegal to dispose of them in any other way, including putting them in the regular garbage that goes to a landfill). I’d recommend this place for sure.

  4. My credit cards and debit cards dropped out of my wallet in the parking lot. A associate of Home Depot turned them all into lost and found. By the time I was at the register realizing the horror of my plastic cards missing I freaked. Thank You Home Depot for hiring the honest attendant that turned my cards in and I was able to recover everything easily and quickly. What a relief! Yes I also bought a new wallet.

  5. If you order online and expect this store to have your order ready to pick up that day for items that are in stock…..good luck. These people are horrible and hang up on you when asked for someone to pick the product [ two small items ] and have them available at the service desk. They tell me that I can pick them myself. What’s the purpose of having a pick up at the front desk if you have to do it yourself? Home Depot, you need to fire your customer service desk folks and hire people that can accommodate ProXtra customers who spend thousands of dollars at their store. The people working at this store obviously could care less.
