2 months agoIve always had great customer service experiences at this Lowe’s. Last year i had issues with the third party installers and the lady at the customer service desk helped me reschedule a service call. She made me feel confident that my problem would be taken care of (and it was!). At my most recent visit every associate I interacted with was gracious and kind and welcoming. I remember the names of two people – Beverly and Clay. Beverly gave me good information about some plants I was thinking about purchasing and also offered to help find a specific item from another department in the store. Clay was at the self check outs and was very friendly and helpful :). Having a good team makes all the difference in a shopping experience and I appreciate the people you have at this store.a month agoWhat happened to Bashford Manor Lowe’s? What a dump. Carts & trash all over the parking lot while employees are inside “stocking” or “price checking” in slow motion while staring at their phones. Guys in the back riding around on a forklift for fun & barely miss hitting two customers. Area was not taped off. This place is a zoo. Corporate needs to fly in and do a pop inspection on this location before someone gets killed by a nitwit on a forklift. This location has been going steadily downhill since spring. Dixie Hwy & Southern In locations are markedly better. AVOID.3 months agoThe manager at the Lowe’s off Bashford Manor was rude from the time I walked into the door until the time I left! I asked her as soon as I walked into the store if I could have my clients pay over the phone for a few electrical items I needed to finish a job that was due for inspection the next day. This was at 9:15pm. She said yes just bring it to the customer service desk. At 930pm I arrived at the service desk and was told by this same manager that I was to late. They stopped checking people out at 9:00pm! I was shocked. Nobody in the store was helpful in my opinion. They all had bad attitudes especially the manger! I kinda don’t blame the rest of the employees for having to work under that hateful manager. All in all horrible trip to Lowe’s! I won’t be returning!2 months agoTerrible customer service. They cancelled my online order. After talking to store associates who seemed disinterested in helping, they put me on hold for 15 min before I hung up. All I was trying to do was to see if the item that they had 5 in stock of online was actually in stock. They couldn’t even tell me. I get better service at McDonald’s. As an RE investor, property manager, etc I have given this place many opportunities, and I keep thinking this time it will be different. Please recruit from your NE Louisville location, where the employees at least seen to care a little bit.3 weeks agoStop at this Lowe’s several times a week. The employees are super nice. And it meets all the standards of every other Lowe’s. Very nice place to stop for your common construction needs.

a week agoDon’t order pick up from dixie hwy Home Depot. They treat you like you’re stealing when you leave. They don’t ask just to see your paper they ask you where you checked out & coming running out, even when you have a worker following you out with part of your pick up order. The problem to me is that my kids are with me scared because some crazy lady with blue hair is acting like we’re stealing.in the last weekDirty and disorganized. Out of stock on Milwaukee bits. Went to purchase wood handrail and fillet strips and after going through a pile of over 30 couldn’t find even 2 straight ones. When I asked the contractors desk to special order 8 for me that were straight and not damaged they refused and said to take what was there. Pathetic, never again will I shop there again!2 months agoWe arrived to see what all they had for our kitchen back splash and a diamond in crusted tile saw. We found what we were looking for. The employees were very polite and courteous. The helped to direct us to the area of the store where we could find what we were looking for.6 months agoThe products here are decent and the store itself is well organized. But customer service for online order pickups sucks The storage of ordered items is totally disorganized, things appear to get misplaced and lost often. Anyone can easily walk behind the counter and take anything, walk out the door. There is no security to stop thieves. Wouldn’t recommend having anything shipped here3 months agoThis is one of the smaller locations for sure, but I was able to find everything I needed for my project here. Home Depot usually has pretty good prices on the supplies I need for my home projects.

I bought a new LG washer and dryer and the staff were so nice and knowledgeable!! They took the time to show me all my options based on my needs and wants. I am super happy with my purchase!! The delivery was also seamless!! All around great experience!!
I went there and found some great cushions for my patio furniture that was being marked down and they were perfect. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful with assistance because I require the use of a cane. The House and Garden department is going to always have great thing’s for you.
Iv had To use this location multiple times looking for supplies. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The upside to Lowe’s is you can count on consistency in the products and services
Larry in home & garden (back by the lawn mowers/equipment) was absolutely amazing. He spent 25-30 mins in detail trying multiple different ways to find us the correct belt for an old mower we have (& he did find the correct ones). He definitely went above and beyond the normal in my opinion and I think he would be great to train a lot of employees in customer service.
Very impressed with my visit today!
I gave a 5-star rating even though it took A long time between my initial visit and then getting my quote on my new front door install. The associate was very apologetic and gave me a 10% discount which was A very kind gesture. I went to pay for the door yesterday and nobody was working in the area. So the manager of the department Who was actually on his way out the door Stopped 2 take care of me. I wasn’t rushed and he was a very nice guy. So KEEP IT UP GUYS! Thanks for a great customer service experience!
