The employees there always greet you and always someone there when I need assistance.4 months agoGood variety in clothes. Customer service could be better. Everybody seemed a little mad. When we went up to our cashier we said hi and she just looked at us and starting scanning our stuff and whenever we had a comment towards the purchase she would ignore us, made it a little awkward. a year agohe’s my favorite ross you do not find so many “chihuahuitas” so the clothes are not on the ground, there are no shouts, people fighting for the clothes they have more order… less people than in others a lot of assortment in things for the home, you find everything and at super prices very excellent schedule highly recommended I’m lovin ‘it!!!!a year agoAs usual this location was busy today! I was actually able to find a couple pair of shorts for the season. The line was long but it went by quickly and customer service was great. The dressing rooms were super clean so that was a plus! She did not understand what I needed or wanted due to tags of ross not on clothes but receipt is on bag. Clerk didn’t even try to look up items by tags. I asked for a supervisor and Kimberly showed up saying I was being racist and that this is a border town and it is not a requirement to talk English. Supervisor did what needed to be done and threatened to get me rwm9ve from store and called me again racist because I was on the phone and she heard that I said she shouldn’t be working rep here if she can’t understand or know what to do. I want corporate to get in touch with me about this treatment.7 months agoThis place is garbage. They claim to have things for less than you end up spending a fortune. Also, the clothing selection is not very good. It is very difficult to find the right sizes, and there is no assistance. If i wanted bad service, then I would’ve gone to Walmart. At least it would’ve been cheaper.

On Saturday, I shopped at Ross for Less to beat the crowd. I found a beautiful pink wallet for my neighbor who will celebrate Mother’s Day tomorrow.
Hopefully, she ? it and get rid of her other (3) wallets that she carries in her ?.
Great place to shop, reasonable prices. Have been shopping there for more than 10years. Always find what I need, awesome customer service!!
Good price of the products offered. Wide variety of casual and sport clothing. You need to take your time when you check out (lines usually long but fast, very crowded).
This store almost had a lawsuit on their hands because of the lady at the fitting room not wanting to take my number card and telling me I have to put them up to hang even though she could clearly see I had two items minus the two I gave her. She said that I “ had to and the cameras are watching me” grating me like some kind of criminal. She went on her walkie-talkie and gave loss prevention my description and they started fallowing me around the store . Disgusting the way they treat customers . Needs more training.
