11 months agoNice location had some cute items I liked while traveling. It is next to the clinic, so it was packed, and there was enough parking, but I had to park in the back due to the crowd. The lines were long, but they moved fast at checkout. The store is clean and has enough space to maneuver around.2 months agoThis store was so hot that it made shopping miserable. We were planning to go to dinner after shopping but we were too hot and sweaty so we couldn’t go. The store was well stocked today. I really wanted to look through the Halloween things but it was so hot we just left.a year agoWell stocked TJMaxx. Fitting rooms close out an hour before the store closes, so it’s a bummer but apart from that it’s a fantastic location. They got plenty of parking nearby. Good staff.2 weeks agoAlthough store closes 9.30 pm: at 9.10 pm they started to turn lights off darking the store while people shopping not only that ,one associate came in a firm way telling me that they are closed (9.15pm). Rude and bad customer service!3 months agoCame in 15 minutes before store closing i was just going in to get a random shirt and some employee was quick to say store was closed like make it make sense I still had 15 minutes!! Replace your staff

I’ll be honest I’m not a die hard fan of their clothes but they have the cutest purses and so much cheaper than you could ever imagine… I grabbed a hand bag and I was confused about the pricing and the cashier told me the price I dropped my mouth open I told her I thought it was this much and she showed me the tag and it was so much cheaper… cause I was willing to pay how much I thought it was anyway needless to say I was extremely happy with what I paid for the cashier um I didn’t get her name honestly kind of wish I did she was so sweet laid back and down to earth! Like you guys keep up the amazing work and prices pleasein the last weekLet me start by saying aside from being overcrowded the store is awesome! I can always count on Emily in Bedding/pillows to offer exceptional customer service, same for Kanaii for keeping the store stocked with so little room. Bathroom is always clean and all the cashiers are friendly and kind.Lastly, the reason for 2 stars: Laura the “coordinator” that thinks she’s the manager has such a poor, non-service oriented attitude that she should find other work, far, far away from people! I’m in the store weekly and I’ve encountered her on several occasions. She’s lazy/rude if you need a price check, condescending if you have questions and I can only imagine how she treats co-workers if she’s this bad with customers…do yourselves a favor and set her free because it shows on her face that she absolutely hates her job!
4 weeks agoThis is an ok location. I’ve been to some that had better selections. The staff are really friendly. The only cool thing is it’s attached to the HomeGoods store so you get to shop at 2 stores at once.2 months agoHuge store, be ready to stand in line to check out. Always a wide range of selections and we’ll stocked. Bathroom in tjmaxx are small and not up to date. I accidently walked in on a lady in the second stall because the outside door locked was “Green” and not red and I pushed the door open and pushed into her. Guess they need to fix that latch. Had the perfect bento boxes i needed for my daughter’s lunch and was so cheap!
Rudest worst tjmax ever. When a customer says, I will get an item instead of you wasting my time to get one with a price tag, let them because cheating them out of their money so you can get more out of people is ridiculous. Yes, you get items at different times so clearance can be at different times, but it wasn’t hard to be like “this not priced ball has 2 prices, want the 3 dollar ball?” Instead of ignoring me when I trying to pawn off a more expensive price on me. Seriously not that hard. Then manager is trash having an attitude and not trying to quail the situation but instead makes the situation worse… Check my other reviews… I am a praise reviewer… But this one, no… Forget this place. Will tell everyone to avoid this trash hole
Will not be back! Was shopping with my 2yr old grandson and daughter -in -law on 9/7/23.. the baby was crying as he was tired..I checked out and took him to the car..my daughter- in laws cashier started talking about how she couldn’t concentrate due to that “kid” throwing a fit! Maybe keep your mouth shut to customers about other customers (especially children) in your store because you just might be talking to a relative!!!! Very unprofessional and just stupid. Get another job lady. That is not what retail customer service is! P.S.. Maybe management needs to be walking around the store managing it than standing in the back talking with the upper management that was visiting.
