2 months agoWalking in from the Bus Stop on Georgetown Rd. is just downright nasty. If there’s snow on the ground, I won’t walk in because you just don’t know what hazards are beneath that white stuff.More items are locked up than at other Wal-Mart’s in the area.
They quit selling hard liquor some time ago. Now it’s just beer and wine. Other WM’s in the area have more than Beer and wine.
I suspect they are rearranging the store…tripping over unshelved stock the last couple of visits.

If you’re looking for something a little more unusual than everyday shopping items, and you want to get it ASAP, then this is often the best place to check. (Google shopping search beforehand can often give an idea if this, or another major store, likely has the right item type in stock.)a month agoManagement should be embarrassed they let their store get this bad this is horrendous. I refuse to go back.a month agoI’m giving them a five star rating because I was able to get most of what I went there for. However, it was chaos beyond a three ring circus. I’m guessing because it was a race weekend and I was there on Saturday evening before the Nascar race on Sunday. The place was absolutely crowded. I couldn’t find brats but again, race weekend probably bought them out. I will go back and see how it’s like on a normal basis and reassess.3 months agoTypical walmart. Grabbed some swim trunks

3 months agoI placed an order for 3 cakes at the bakery. I was not disappointed by the look or taste, however, one of my cakes was incorrect as far as flavor goes. I will definitely use them again.a month agoI found one wonderful young man working in the grocery area and I am so sorry because I did not get his name. He offered to assist me many times because I was clearly handicapped. He was very sweet. Prices on merchandise is getting too high. Out of stock on a lot of items that I always come for. I was in search of $150 phone which you did not have. No one offered to check another store to see if I could get it somewhere else. Employee that helped me was fairly knowledgeable and helpful. 4th week in a row that my online order/grocery pick up was delayed by two hours. Tried calling to see if any one could help address this and when I asked if there was a less busy time that would be better for pickup the person responded with “all times are busy”. Would not recommend grocery pickup from this location! High volume location and not enough employees!
Cannot keep up with supply & demand!

Empty shelves DAILY?
– Stocking & inventory is a computer based program that repeats the same orders.
No increases based on sales.
– Limited size options for dog food to generate more sales from large bags than multiple smaller ones at same price or less.
Cutting cost on products, workers.
– Outsourcing employment & claims department to limit consumer complaints.
I will be collecting detailed photos of multiple stores and shelves WEEKLY…
I was in the back of the store and had to pee. I knew there was an employee only bathroom in the auto area. Since it’s Walmart, and there’s no customer service, I figured I didn’t even need to put my merch down before walking down the hallway. Found the employee bathroom no problem, set my stuff out side the door, did my thing, went to the front of the store, paid and left. And then I realized since I used the self check out….I AM AN EMPLOYEE!!
Walmart still is and always Will be one of my go to stores for everything no matter the location. I’m one of those people that prefer using self checkout. Returns and exchanges are made easy. I’ve never had an issue finding someone to help me when I need it.
