a month agoI find that there staff is more than happy to answer any question. The staff in the garden section can help you pick the plant you want and how to look after the plant too. I like how they get solar powered Christmas lights.a week agoQuick Stop at Bunnings BalcattaDuring a recent trip to WA, I made a quick visit to Bunnings Balcatta. I was there just once and purchased some fire starters. It was a straightforward and efficient experience. Always plenty of parking. Conveniently they have bathrooms too.
2 months agoI absolutely love bunnings and always look forward to checking out what they have , but my last visit the checkout person made me go all the way to the back of the store to take a photo of the special tag to prove it was on special. That to me was a ridiculous request when it seems someone either forgot to remove it or they didn’t change it on their system. Very convenient to make a person with a artificial knee walk all that way and back, when a staff member should have done that as part of the service, especially when it was their special not mine?2 months agoI visited the Bunnings store in Balcatta on August 5th, 2023, to buy some gardening tools and supplies. I had a pleasant shopping experience until I reached the checkout desk. There, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever seen. The cashier Milli was rude, impatient, and incompetent. She ignored me when I greeted her, and she did not scan my items properly. She did not want to scan my flybys, and started making different noises. I was shocked and appalled by this cashier’s behavior. She treated me with disrespect and contempt, and she made me feel unwelcome. She showed no regard for her customers or her employer. She ruined my shopping experience and wasted my time and money. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values good customer service. This store needs to train its staff better and monitor their performance more closely.a week agoLarge hardware and gardening store. They have a tool shop and a large drive in trade area.This store has a large outdoor furniture and bbq area and plant nursery outside.

3 months agoMy first visit as this is the only store that sells lamp shades. Easy to get to and park. Because of the app I found what I was looking for in the store quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I took my pup for his first visit. But he was very overwhelmed.a month agoJust a shout out to 2 staff members who are an asset to your business. Firstly Tash in the cafeteria, what an amazing breath of fresh air you are, always happy and cheerful and you make amazing coffee. Secondly to Linda in the plant section, a lovely lady who is always friendly and helpful. Well done ladies.a month agoI went today to buy an egg chair, as Bunnings Armadale seems the only store with the available stock. At the store I noticed the item box has a scribbled note “one missing bolt”. Friendly staff offered to take off $50 from the total price and took a set of bolts from their shelf for free! Furthermore their friendly and helpful staff Carla and Fin helped in taking apart the item from the box and helped me make them fit in my corolla hatchback. Yay! I don’t have to pay the delivery. I’m so happy, these ladies are topnotch in customer service. I love Bunnings! They’re the best .a month agoHi guys ,best place for all your DYI Projects and garden product ,and if they haven’t got it on the day your there , they will endeavour to source the product you seek , Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable,and I love the greeting when you arrive at the store ,since moving to the Glades in down town Byford ,I and all my family shop at Bunnings Armadale, Weekends are fun to with the now famous sausage sizzles which just add to the enjoyment of shopping with the family at Bunnings Kind Regards,Lewis3 months agoThis has happened twice in the last year that I asked for assistance at the entrance for bulbs (light) and no-one came at all. The first time I waited a very long time and asked someone to send someone again. This time I could not wait any longer (15mins). Also the staff at the self serve was not professional : talked to another staff at another counter (from that distance) of how the other one’s day was “shit”. Not professional at all.

Bunnings is my favourite store out of every other store. You can buy pretty much anything you want here. They have indoor and outdoor plants collection here. It is massive compared to other smaller stores like Victoria park. If you ever need something it is probably best to see if it is in stock or call ahead to confirm the availability of the item. I upgraded my garden bed with flowers bought from Cannington store.
They are number 1 in customer service. Very helpful and quick. Been there a lot of times. A lot of products for home etc. Thank you for your great service.
