a month agoAs a Halloween fan I love to see what new goods Bunnings releases each year. This year I was so excited to see the door mats that were released in the eastern states but had not yet been released in SA. When I went in store for another item, I asked a team member about it and she took my name and number and told me that she’d let me know when they arrived – I didn’t think about it again until a phone call earlier this week from Lou to let me know they were in stock! Lou kindly popped two aside for me until I could make it there to pick them up. Lou went above and beyond to make the process smooth from her first contact to me leaving the store. She is an absolute gem and made my day with her customer service.4 months agoI know it’s just a Bunnings but honestly have never had a bad experience here. Rented a tile cutter which was faulty. When returning it they’d already called 2 different local stores to see if they had it free and put on hold on top of providing free coffees and cookies. Super friendly staff!3 weeks agoWe always find what where looking for & more. The staff are so friendly & helpful no questions too small to answer. Plenty of toilets if you need to go during your browse, great cafe & play area for children.a month agoBit better than the rest because it’s a shartload bigger than the rest. Actually has the items you want there at the time. Pleasant shock. Should be more of them. Example, new store at Murray Bridge feels smaller than the store it replaced. Could have made it bigger.a year agoWow loads of item here. Great staff and they know where all the items are if you ask them. Good service too. Closes at 9pm which is great since many people can get to go after office hours. Very big area and you can just go on and on checking whatever items or supplies you need. Many storage items and outdoor items too. The price is reasonable. So many parking spaces.

She made our first experience absolutely amazing.2 weeks agoBunnings is Bunnings everywhere. However, the car park is tricky to negotiate, and I was surprised that an Ozito product advertised on the Web was not available in store. Great staff and Cafe with a nice selection of reasonably priced food.5 months agoLovely, friendly and helpful staff. There was a really nice man who helped me from the garden section I can’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable, kind and gave me all the information I needed for what I asked. The lady in the self serve helped me pack my bags and was a very attentive staff member. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and how efficient the staff are here. Beautiful selection of plants for my garden ??????2 months agoMet Zen at Bunnings Mile End after a bit of a run around looking for steel braces for a ceiling project. Extremely helpful, exceptional knowledge and pointed us in the right direction. Once again met Zen, this time looking for floor boards and offered us his wealth of advice. Thank you Zen for the advice and the friendly banter. One of Bunnings valued employeesa month agoWe bought a lot of plants for our gardens and 5×50 kilo bags of Osnicote potting mix. We had to ask garden staff on many occasions for advice and they all obliged with very good advice on the plants that were best suited to the weather conditions where they are to be put in the ground. Bunnings are one of the only few who give you a 12month guarantee that the plants will survive and thrive and if they die in the 12month period Bunnings will either replace or refund your money. They’re good to deal with.

Ordered online for a click and collect in which it gave me times to collect anytime from 7:30am on Sunday. I selected 8:30am and received a confirmation to call the number on the wall when I arrived to only get there and be told it opens at 9am so they can’t help me. Fix your website to make sure the click and collect hours reflect the actual times you can collect.
Ordered click and collect and was cancelled last minute, so now I have to wait up to 7 business days for it to be reimbursed and now have to go look for other tile options elsewhere the day before the job starts. Why take my money in the first place if it’s just going to cancel it, shouldn’t the system know if the items are in Stock before they take your money. So thanks for that bunnings.
Carmen in tools went way above and beyond to help a couple of seniors that were totally confused with the Ryobi warranty process.
She stayed calm and served other customers while still helping us. A true legend. Thank you so much Carmen. A bonus or a pay rise is required calm
Funny when I asked for pool salt from one of the staff and he guided me towards exist and when I found him again and told him that you guided me wrong than he made an excused that he didn’t pick up my words. Basically costumer service guys here will get pissed if you asked them for a product location and among all the bunning, Parafield garden is the worst one. I believe their manager train them from the first day to behave rude with customer so that they will have less work to do! ???
Can’t recommend seeing Nathan in paint enough ! He was amazing! I changed my mind a million times and he was incredibly patient with me and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to painting your home. Over all the parafields Bunnings is great and the customer service is outstanding ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
