a month agoI would say this is my personal favorite location in the area. This location is well stocked and kept looking good. I will say this location definitely carry’s a lot more premium items so some prices will be a lot higher but it’s definitely good for people like me looking for some good steals on originally expensive items.3 weeks agoThey treat their employees like absolute garbage. People should not support that. I have seen their managers rip into these poor people because us customers don’t want their stupid credit card. It’s disgusting. 3 months agoI really Love the store and prices, always find more than what I need… Visit today 8/09/23 and make my purchase like always, unfortunately the cashier Natalia “ coordinator” says the card on her chest.. was very rude when I ask questions about product I was going to purchase and absolutely talked to her about the rudest of the way she responded and she get even more rude… never dissatisfied on this store ever till today…2 years agoFantastic selection of home goods and clothes! I asked for help with a girl I believe her name is Ziporra she walked away and ignored me I should have asked someone else but as furious as I was I just walked out. TJ Maxx: The selection for jewelry and women’s clothing wasn’t the best – they didn’t have much jewelry, and a lot of the clothing was repetitive. However, they did have a few Zara pieces, which was nice! They also had their staple Betsey Johnson earrings and Marc Tetro bags.
HomeGoods: They did not have as many plush blankets as Conway or Little Rock, but they did have lots of cute kitchenware and bedding.
Overall, the stores weren’t the best I’ve been to. They could’ve definitely been cheaper and had their marked down prices a bit lower. I also wish they carried more of a variety of clothing.
We always enjoy stopping in here whenever we are nearby or passing through. We don’t live here, but it is right next to the interstate and makes it easy to get to. It is nice and clean as usual.
I have been shopping here for 2 years. It’s a nice store. However, I don’t EVER remember the person at the cash register saying “thank you”. The blank face girl today said “have a nice day” but it was so routine. I would be inclined to shop here more if I felt appreciated.
I want to thank Loretta R the coordinator at TJ Max in Benton, for making me feel welcome every time I come into the store. She is really good with kids and her warm smile is good to see every time I come to visit and shop. She deserves a raise or a promotion. Thank you again for your help and suggestions and will see you soon.
This is probably the worst store in the entire world. Everyone who works there could care less about the customers and I will never go there again.
