a year agoI have been using this pharmacy for a few months now and have been happy about their service so far. They have some great specials on non prescription items and cosmetics. They’ve always been a great place to shop for all beauty and bathroom necessities. Being able to get scripts filled too just raises the benchmark even higher.2 years agoExcellent customer service. Almost Christmas but when I rang requesting a specific item the person that answered the phone obligingly went online and checked availability. Not something they usually stocked but organised it to be in store with the next order. When I went in to the shop to collect the girls hadn’t had time to unpack the orders. Instead of suggesting I came back later they bought the delivered boxes through and proceeded to look for my item.Naturally, the last box! I appreciated their cheerful “we’ll do it right now” attitude. They made my day! 4 weeks agoEvery time I come to Mildura my lips get sunburnt/wind burnt and they hurt and sting and go red and crusty. I decided to go to this chemist warehouse and ask for any recommendations that could save my lips. The lady was amazing!! Had beautiful customer service and showed me what products would work best for my needs. Even mentioned a lip scrub however I just stuck with the Burt’s and bees lip balm and an overnight lip mask that was suggested. They were both in my affordable range too!! I religiously used both products together and before you knew it my lips have looked the healthiest they have ever been! Thank you Mildura chemist warehouse!5 months agoHorrible customer service and a long waiting time just for them to refuse to sell me eyedrops because I didn’t have a prescription. I have bought these axact drops time and time again for the same problem. I ended up going to another Chemist Warehouse where they could actually help me they were able to help me straight away no long waiting no bullkrap. They would have received 5 ⭐’s, but I deducted a star because in the dispensary, I had an unfortunate experience with the pharmacist on duty. I must have annoyed them when I told them I was going to quickly check that all the item’s were present and correct as per my preferred brands. Her response when I was finished and signed the prescriptions so she could get back to other duties was a little perplexing, she passed (threw) the items at me with such force they scattered all over the counter. Since that day I only go here for the fantastic prices on all the great products they sell, I don’t get prescriptions filled here anymore. As I stated above the regular sales staff are brilliant and courteous every time I shop here. Chemist Warehouse truly can’t be beaten on price in this rural location.2 years agoDISCRIMINATION Refused entry to shop for goods because I have a medical condition. We have had 0 cases here for 6 months, everyone is healthy but you won’t let us in with a lawful medical exemption! Shame on you!

Had the misfortune of getting polite assistance from Eric of obtaining a script showed no empathy at all towards a family member with diverticulitis.
This chemist is great, seems to be a quick wait for scripts no matter the time of day. They also stock some kitchen/ cleaning supplies that are always cheaper than the supermarkets such as dishwashing tablets and cleaning wipes.
In the last 6 months this place has gone from strength to strength. Staff are always so polite and friendly. Yes they get busy so keeping scripts on file and calling ahead helps them and our wait times. Super helpful. More than that once I explained my autism, anxiety and brain injury, they have been so caring, kind and (at times) patient with me. Can’t speak more highly of the team now. Best chemist in mildura

‘Just fixed some errors & have now reposted again!,
‘And from what i hear not much has changed with this place!.
Ok well Apart from the staff being very rude towards customers!.,
I seen a Family walk in with their children who were stopped by the very aggressive Security Guard at that time and asked to sign in with the QR Code!,
The Parent’s explained that they had left their phone at home!,
And respectfully explained that they did not legally have to sign anything & that they had paper work from their Solicitor stating so!,
‘The Parent’s also explained how their Children had legal Mask exemption’s ‘ & how they are not allowed to restrict their breathing with Mask’s!.,
So the Parent asked to speak to the Manager to work the situation out!.,
The Security Guard did not like that at all & demanded that the QR Code was scanned!,
‘then he went way over board and took the Parent’s to the front counter to speak to the Pharmacists and other staff!,
The Pharmacists and staff surrounded the Parent’s & their Children and acted like a bunch of bully’s harassing the Parent’s in front of the children!,
The Parent’s were nice well spoken people who tryed to deescalate the situation from the start to finish!,
But staff & the Pharmacist’s did everything within their power to escalate!,
I know other customers who also seen this disgraceful situation & recorded it ‘as i did!,
& we all believed that the staff & Pharmacist’s were way out of control!,
The staff really upset the children ‘and a lot of customers!,
‘and i personally will NEVER shop there EVER again!.,
Disgraceful, bad service with rude staff!.
I recorded this unprofessional treatment of these Parent’s and children and i show as many people as i can ‘ i am also thinking about getting my Family to upload it to the internet!.
At the point in which this disgraceful situation happened ‘& even more now a few years down the track ‘half the world has awakened from their sleep with this whole weak flu situation!,
‘But still some uneducated people and businesses just can not see through the scam and agenda to actually wake up to the fact that it was and is all about control!,
And some businesses like the Chemist warehouse care more about helping the crooks to continue to push there agenda rather than being professional and caring to their customers!,
Well done Chemist Warehouse you are great little slaves and puppets for some very evil people in power!.
Educate yourselves and WAKE UP!.,
Such rude unprofessional staff who need to show ALOT more respect to their customer’s!.
You have lost me as a customer!.
