4 months agoKoala Tours Michael Kuebler very good service friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable vehicle large enough for suitcases. Highly recommend for tours and airport pick up.a year agoYeah again nothing in here you can see. Just drive up the Main Street of Cavill avenue and you have seen the Gold Coast. Nothing worth visiting anymore. Full of high rises and the beach hidden in the shade of them. Cheers big ears5 years agoThe staff was very unhelpful unfortunately. They weren’t rude at all, but not enthusiastic either. I asked what to do in Gold Coast for a day visiting, while on a budget and willing to discover the city rather than doing activities. She recommended indoor games and mini golf, as well as a all you can eat Pizza Hut where I should spend the afternoon.. Very disappointed, Gold Coast is a major tourist destination but the service in this information center is very poor.7 years agoVery bad service, pointing customer to Internet cafe to check bus information. Pointing people go to other place to purchase transport card. Can not be bad anymore. I am not a angry and crazy customer, I think someone should make a investigation to information center surfers paradise on cavil Ave now.6 years agoPrompt advixe on offer with a friendly customer service approach, the place can offer infomation, advice and tickets of major attractions of Gold coast has to offer. Very conveniently located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just the opening hours could be bit longer.

Great Concept
This is a central dropping off and pickup point for many of the Hotel shuttle services. The staff are very approachable and keen to help with suggestions for places to visit within the complex.
A nice air conditioned haven with complementary tea and coffee for a rest and recharge between shopping frenzies. Also offers free WiFi but this is painfully oversubscribed and frequent timeouts will be the norm should you subject yourself to connecting (had to drop a star for poor technology sorry)
Very big outlet mall, very large range of shops and good deals on almost everything you could need. I was very impressed with the amount of stores, the food court is also quite big. If you’re in need for cheap new clothes I’d recommend coming here!
Harbour town is a fun place to shop with good sales. The tourist center has a lounge with tea & coffee for a break and the staff are helpful. The free shuttle bus is a real bonus with pick ups at Broadbeach and Surfers. Neil our driver provided lots of helpful info.
Caught a shuttle from Surfers Paradise to Harbour Town which delivered us to the tourism lounge where upon arrival we recieved discount vouchers. There’s room to sit and relax with tea, coffee and water while waiting for people or pick-ups etc.
A great shop in an awesome centre of discounted brand name stores
