4 months agoFantastic customer service. I was looking for flight socks, which unfortunately they didn’t have stock. However, as we weren’t from Albany, the lady who served us rang 4 local pharmacies on my behalf, trying to locate the product for me. This lady went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. She managed to locate some at another local pharmacy, and gave me the details. This saved myself a lot of running around in an unfamiliar place. Thank you. Highly Recomend.2 months agoThe young girls here don’t want to work. I was wanting to buy inglot make up but no one served us! My friend asked where body was the lady said to her I’m busy with a customer! Really bad service6 months agoI am saddened and surprised to see negative reviews for this Pharmacy. My own experience has been wonderful – repeatedly! They always take care of me, they’re helpful with any questions or dilemmas I might have and always offer me well-informed advice. I visit this Pharmacy for all my medical needs & if they don’t have it in stock when I ask, they are happy to order it in for me. The times we see ourselves in right now are hard, items we took for granted before to be at hand immediately aren’t always. This Pharmacy does its absolute best to assist in every regard & it is for this reason as well as the fact the Owner & his Staff are absolutely fantastic that I am a loyal client & go nowhere but here. All the pharmasists are extremely helpful.9 months agoDespite ALWAYS being extremely busy, staff are always happy, helpful and respectful.2 years agoExceptional customer service see us frequent a couple of times a week and we have always found the service to be personalised and helpful. We have specific products ordered in for us and it never seems too much trouble to source what we require. How Brad and his team managed the chaos at the peak of the COVID onset in 2020 was truly remarkable, just sad to see many customers unable to have a little patience during what would have been a relentless situation for the staff. We do not shop at any other chemist and appreciate the time taken by the staff to understand the needs of our family each and every time.a year agoPoor customer service. I had a serious situation to discuss and the pharmacist on duty could not be bothered talking to me. Not happy and once again a local Albany business shows its true colours.

Great store for cosmetics and toiletries. Prices are always good and the discount card is worth having
6 young staff members. Nor one is interested in acknowledging or serving you. Ended up just walking out. Shame
I’ve asked for assistance with makeup matching & been mismatched both times. On 1 occasion I asked if they had any stippling brushes & had to teach them what it was. On several different occasions I’ve come across a staff member who stated she was only a supervisor not a manager yet she wears a name-tag saying she is & the other staff call her one!(?) Unfortunately in all my experiences with her thus far I’ve found her to be unreceptive to kindness, manners, displeased to assist customers, unhelpful, unfriendly (even when I’ve gone out of my way to say hello there’s no return smile just a sullen-looking face) unwelcoming. In general I’ve found most of the time, not always, I must actively seek help even when they’ve got plenty of staff on the floor. The last time I was being assisted the same “manager” yelled across the store to the girl helping me “aren’t you already due to go home!!?” It seemed rude & unnecessarily obnoxious perhaps designed to embarass me although I’d already suggested that the girl go & she’d refused. To make matters worse, this “supervisor”(?) made no attempt to help me in her place nor ask anyone to do so. Discretion, service & manners are an integral part of management + service & its severely lacking here!!
I sincerely hope it improves, I hate writing these types of reviews but I’ve given ample chances for them to improve.
Bought a $25 lipstick here today, walked outside of the shop and took the lid off. The lid snapped and now you cannot put the lid on. Unusable as now lipstick will go every where. Took the lipstick back to the shop with the receipt after purchasing 1 minute before. Asking for an exchange as the quality of this product is so poor the lid snapped in half when opening. No force, nothing. The lady told me this could not be exchanged. when asking why, couldn’t get an answer. What a waste of $25. No help and cheap products.
An extremely poor customer service experience. Young female service staff was dismissive, rude and unhelpful when I pointed out the items I had bought had 40% off. She asked if it was in the catalogue, which I showed her it was. She replied “oh well, it keeps scanning at full price, sorry”. After 3 requests, she finally fetched a manager who begrudgingly applied the discount….appalling service”
