a month agoHuge thank you to staff member Julian who helped me load 3 chairs into my car – so excited to find what I had been looking for. Ran back into the store to purchase the fourth chair only to find I couldn’t manage to get it to fit into my car – I tried every which way and finally had to go back into the store and ask if Julian was able to come and help, again. One of the kindest, caring & thoughtful Bunnings employee I’ve had the pleasure to deal with . Love my new chairs & will always remember the kindness that was showered on them with Julian’s help.a month agoI would like to rate 5 stars but the customer service is getting worse. Bar codes are not attached to Brass fittings and have to go back to take the photo for the cashier so that they can scan. Are we providing service back to them?a month agoThe two staff members at the customer service area were super helpful and courteous. I had a click and collect item but when someone brought it to me I saw it was too big to carry, they helped me to book a delivery instead.a week agoEverything in bunnings has become overpriced and overhyped lately imo.Its made worse by some staff who supposedly know everything but don’t. And dont bother helping you.
Then you find some staff who are amazing and actually want to help you and know their stuff.

10 months agoHuge bunnings warehouse with plenty of parking. Garden area filled with varieties of plants. Went looking for window kit for Aircon, but even the staff couldn’t find it.

3 months agoSuper helpful and plentiful staff, a sensible layout, and loads of parking make this an awesome Bunnings.Come for whatever – stay for the sausage sizzle. I’ve never seen parking full even at peak times, and browsing or click and collect work great. Included videos to show the condition of the store, which was good in my view.
a week agoThe service from Nish is exemplary great, i dont know what kind of drill i need to buy so i just ask the assistant from the other staff, and follow his recommendation but when i about to leave the counter Nish ask why I didn’t get the other brand instead, that is user friendly, with the whole set of bits and reachable. The returns process was really simple – I had bought an item that it turns out didn’t fit (I should have measured beforehand), and was able to return it easily with no fuss. They have a wide range of products and even had a particularly niche item I needed. Great range of tools for any job you might need. The prices are unbeatable. They also do key cutting at a much more reasonable price than other dedicated stores. And you can recycle old batteries here for free.a week agoAlways receive professional service at Bunnings, Ashfield. The staff are promptly helpful to assist when required. Plenty of parking and always a great morning to spend some time hardware shopping. They always have available in stock what we need.a week agoI take my hat off to all the Bunnings staff. During busy periods, they handle multiple customer inquires on the floor. Must be very tiring, yet they manage to keep a cool head. I am not normally one to endorse a company that cleans out the competition and dictates prices, however, they are successful on many levels based on their company structure. At least they are not an overseas conglomerate, so hopefully the money is staying in the Aussie economy. I would need to look into that.. anyway, hooray to customer training and ground level service!

It’s a Bunnings with a fun vibe, lots of dogs and the indoor plant section looks like a mini jungle. Neat and well stocked but unlike the typical Bunnings this one is split into two floors and newly built. Feels more spacious because of it but on the negative side, sometimes can be inconvenient to keep going up and down to find the things you need. Taking the trolley with you, when on the escalators will also slow you down when in hurry.
A huge complex with ample of parking. Two full levels of items well organized in well labelled numbered isles. The staff team is knowledgeable and helpful, making it easy for customers to look for needed items. The check-out is swift and transporting items to the car is conveniently organized. This is a well-organized one-stop shopping for home related items.
Best place in Sydney for house construction and gardening!
The staff is super friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Everyone seems to know where every single item is and they actually want to help you find it unlike many other places.
We even got a bandana for our doggie!
Peter at the Alexandria store (located upstairs at the special order counter) gave me the best services I ever had. I was looking to buy just the shower head. But he explained that I better off get the one with the adjustable arm so I don’t have to worry about water leaking from my old arm. He patiently addressed all my concerns with the variety on display. He even told me to get my plumber listed it on his invoice for installation so I can claim the warranty if it is faulty. I am so happy with the purchase and have a quick and informative lessons to identify the different features.
One of the best Bunnings I’ve been to. Staff are all great and helpful.
