a month agoThis site is so convenient, often finding things that are difficult to find at other stores. I visited on a Sunday, and the aisles were full of incoming stock, with only two staff members in sight. This made it difficult to maneuver through the store, and the 2nd staff was constantly having to stop putting up stock to open a second register. I could not help but recall back when I worked retail under these conditions. It was apparent they were doing the best they could do, focusing on customer service first.3 weeks agoI did not know Dollar Tree changed their prices they said Dollar Tree plus now but they ain’t changed the store named and it still says a $1.25 why is it still called a dollar store if they raise the prices up to $5 for some of the items8 months agoMy first time at this Dollar Tree was Christmas Eve and I was pleasantly suprised. Store was well stocked and pretty clean and organized. My friend who I went with needed gift boxes and wrapping paper. When she asked the sales associate a few questions he was very helpful. He even chatted with us for a few minutes about how busy the store had been two days prior and was surprised it wasn’t busy Christmas Eve. The check out lanes were all open therefore there were no long lines (one person in front of us and one behind us). The cashier was a sweet old lady that certainly did not rush us through check out. Overall, my one and only time at this store was a good experience.3 years agoThre shelfs are always empty. There’s always boxes blocking everything and all thre aisle’s! If you want something I suggest taking a box cutter because you have to open the boxes yourself you get what you want. This id one of the dirtiest, packed store I’ve ever been in. I love dollar tree allot but this store needs help! More people to stock the shelves! They’d have so much more sales $$$$$ if things was actually out in view and accessible! These pictures I took last week smh. Ps: If you need a new manager let me know! My only complaint is that the store is always messy and not enough staff, but they can’t help that no one wants to work anymore. They have a large selection of all different kinds of stuff all sorts before you go out and spend big money on little things go take a look around her also they have a freezer section with all different kinds of stuff ranging from ice cream to burritos etc a very handy little storea year agoI rarely go to dollar tree but I like to go and see what they have in stock they always have something good and can’t beat the price.8 months agoDisaster disappointed use to be the biggest nicest one in Columbus staff should be putting stuff away in the isle and keep it organized they will have 3-4 staff working and only 1 lane open but the other 2-3 staff are more worried about getting on intercome every 10 mins tell us they are closing in 30 mins then 20 then 10 ans then literally came n found who was in store and told us goto check out now they are closed. SMDH NEVER AGAIN AND I DO ALOT OF CRAFTS AND WILL NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Very nice staff alittle empty on Christmas stuff but it is kinda late in the game for that but all in all great they had everything i was looking for thanks
This location is always short on items when I do my weekly shopping on Sundays. The only reason I have continued to come here is that it is located close to a grocery store I like going to. It didn’t used to be so bad but over the past 6 months or so it has been increasingly difficult to find basic household items such as toilet paper and paper towels. The attached pictures are from a visit on Sunday around 5:15 p.m. As you can see, there was also a long line of people waiting (only one register opened), shelves were bare and boxes were in the aisles making it difficult to walk down and potentially unsafe. If you can go to a different Dollar Tree location, do so!
I Google Dollar Tree near me, and I was directed to South High St. My intentions were to get a box of Scotties. BUT what I founded was THE MOST organized, clean, well stocked, and clutter free Dollar Tree I’ve ever seen. Normally, at a Dollar Tree, they have the same 2 ugly boxes of Scotties. But this store had more style boxes to choose from. I was immensely amazed not only at the look of the store but the customer service was top notch. I inquired if the store was new out of disbelief that a Dollar Tree could be this well organized. The staff mentioned that they had a renovation to accommodate the new Plus aisle. With that response, my assumptions of this place must be new is clear, HOWEVER, this will be My NEW Dollar Tree to shop UNTIL it is like all the rest (Junkie). I went to this store to get ONE box of tissue and ended up exiting with over 30 items.
Awesome ? Haven’t seen it that stocked and clean since the store first opened! Keep it up ? The sad fact is this new manager is doing away with a lot of the $1+ food, especially in the frozen section so I seriously doubt if I’ll go back to that store location from here out.
