2 months agoI purchased 2 bedroom sets and they exceeded my expectations. The sets are durable, sturdy and the beds a very comfortable. The staff are very professional. Attentive and hardworking with great customer service. They will definitely get you right.a week agoWe went there to purchase a living room set for my brother…Great service. We walked into the store and saw two people sitting around. After waiting for a while nobody came to us. Then when I approached the gentleman he began arguing that he is the only salesperson. To think I was going to get a sofa set. Im happy I didn’t!!! Not only do VCF have beautiful furniture they have quality furniture that will last for years and the styles will stay relevant. Tiffany, goes the extra mile when telling you about the style and quality of the furniture. The staff doesn’t pressure you and make sure they have your best interest in mind. They also follow up to make sure that you are enjoying your furniture. They also have unbelievable guarantees to make sure that you are completely satisfied. They are very sharp and very respectful.in the last weekI went to VCF on Eastern Avenue and Tiffany helped me with everything I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable and very honest while helped me organize and furnish the important rooms of my home. The Price Busters on Franklin always have the best people working there…I had the pleasure of having Chanelle help me and she was very nice and professional. They delivery went smoothly, the guys were very professional and handled my products with care. I will always go to that Price Busters. And the bed was easy to put together also.
It was a pleasure to be greeted immediately when entering the store by Chanelle. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the mattresses I was interested in. I appreciate her patience as I looked around and her excellent customer service. The only negative thing I will say is that it is very hard to tell the employees from the customers. Had Chanelle not greeted me, I would’ve mistaken her for a customer. But overall I was impressed with the professionalism. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery men wore masks which is a big plus in my book. Keep up the excellent work (just don’t forget to wear your uniforms).
I went in today with my two daughters, Mrs. Chanelle was very quick to ask what we needed help with. I told Mrs. Chanelle what I was looking for and she took us right to the sectionals. I thought I wanted a certain sectional but I quickly changed my mind. Mrs. Chanelle took me and my girls to the most beautiful sectional, when asked if they had one with a higher back it was perfect. The girls loved it. When sitting down finish up with the sale my youngest was being a toddler lol. Mrs. Chanelle asked she wanted to draw and my youngest drew a picture of her. Mrs. Chanelle was so helpful and so kind I definitely can’t wait come back need bar stools next lol. Thank you so much Mrs. Chanelle for your assistance.
