a week ago“Assistant store manager” declined to process my return with no logical reason given.I asked her if we could just try to process it because I was here yesterday and it worked perfectly… she declined and said there was a “new system update installed today that won’t allow the return”
I drove to another lululemon store and they had no issue and confirmed that the “assistant store manager” at the other store had given me incorrect information and basically denied my return for “no reason”.
I would love to know why I was rudely denied and quickly dismissed by the “assistant manager” (Girl with black hair and freckles…) as there was no system update confirmed by the manager at another store….
4 months agoThis is the best Lululemon store I’ve visited with the largest selection of men’s clothing, out of 4 locations total, including Prudential, Seaport, and Wrentham. This location also has the best staff by far from my experience.Lytle helped me in May 2023. Elise (spelling?), Lisa, and someone else whose name I didn’t catch helped me in December 2022. Each one of them was friendly and extremely enthusiastic. They really worked to help find me something I would like by listening to what I liked and didn’t like about the items I tried on.
3 months agoNicest staff I’ve ever experienced in a store. I wish I could just hang out with the employees all day. Camille helped me pick out awesome quality pieces, she’s like a mind reader in terms of what you need and also helped suggest great ideas about new colors and styles. The manager on the day I shopped was so incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t say enough good things!a month agoHave been shopping at this location for years. Typically I have very pleasant experiences here. Must have caught them on an “off” day recently. I wish people could remember that being willing to listen to a customer and empathize with them goes a long way. The manager drastically changed her tone when I called over the phone to complain vs when she was “helping” me in the store. Was basically told “tough luck” in the store and then the same manager poured to me over the phone about how sorry she was about my poor customer service experience. The attitude and lack of care really put a bad taste it my mouth and made me feel less than. It was an embarrassing experience for me. I highly recommend the Wellesley store who worked with me to get a return label for my items that I was unable to return in store and spoke to customer service over the phone with me and then asked me if there was anything else they could do.a month agoHad a really positive experience shopping at this Lululemon! Caroline was a very friendly, kind, & patient employee. Hunter went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. What a great team!!

I wish there were more leggings in stock.4 months agoWalked in the store and every single employee had the longest face and so miserable not one person greeted or engaged even after asking how are they doing ? I left I won’t give a store business that won’t even acknowledge or have the common courtesy to greet a customer back.7 months agoToday I was accused by the manager of this Lululemon location of producing a fraudulent receipt to return clothes that I bought on the Lululemon website. He refused to allow the return, cited a “company policy” that you can’t return over x number of items but refused to tell me what that number was, and suggested that I produced fake email receipts as well as a fake paper receipt. Afterwards, when I went to the location on Newbury to do the return I had no issues. Unrelated, but I will also add that I watched him help another customer evade tax law by putting the tax on a gift card. I know this all sounds ridiculous because it was and it is entirely the truth.a year agoAfter talking to the first store associate I ran into, I was about ready to walk back out. When she asked me if I needed help, I said yes I’d appreciate that because I didn’t know my size since I tended to wear off brand leggings. She just snickered at me.Maddie on the other hand was wonderful in helping me find the perfect pair of leggings. She is the reason I’m leaving a five star review. She was super patient and kind even though I didn’t know my size. I never felt embarrassed when talking to her, and it seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me. I appreciate all of her help and kindness, and I ended up leaving with my new favorite pair of leggings that fit perfectly!

Great selections of sporting apparels for men and woman. 2nd floor is David’s tea. Do visit! Cute little cafe.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this store! The staff was very helpful and we especially enjoyed speaking with Sierra. Be sure to check out the upstairs area where exercise classes are held along with a beverage bar.
This is one of their experiential stores, I was blown away! Right upstairs you have access to studios, a lounge, full locker rooms and a cafe. Incredible!
Despite the Lululemon quality promise, the staff at this store refuse to do anything about broken zippers or products. The lululemon in Boylston street is much better. Will never come back to this store

Having an eye for fashion and a smile while working on the busy and famous Newbury Street are qualities that many do not possess. Those three have it!
I walked in not knowing what I needed, and the three above knew exactly what I needed by the look on my face with all the many amazing options. I left with a smile as I got gear that was exceptionally curated by those three. I was guided towards something I wouldn’t have found without those three.
