While the teenager at the Lulu in Southlake was a big B and literally almost killed me when she tried to plow me over, the teens running this store were super friendly. I had an amazing experience with Christian. She caught my attention & helped me through the MANY things I needed. She was fun, outgoing, and screamed everything you want in an employee. She was charismatic from the get go and did not miss a beat any time after that. She was persistent to help me get the perfect gift and did whatever it took to help. She was beyond words.
Came in today and was helped by Cassidy. She was so great! She tracked down a pair of pants someone else was wearing just to see what they were for me and checked to see if they had them in store or online. Which is truly above and beyond customer service. She also convinced me to step out of my comfort zone and try on something I usually wouldn’t. It looked perfect and I bought it.

Caleb is the best, most helpful, and hard working personal shopper ever! Super honest and even gave me back money that fell on the floor while I was shopping.

Been a customer of lulu for a long time and was very disappointed in their customer service today. I brought in two pairs of damaged shorts to exchange, and was refused because they “were not damaged enough”. So in theory if I ripped a hole in the products in the parking lot then you would process an exchange? The attendant just brushed me off and gave me some corporate number to call. I would certainly appreciate if a manager could rectify this for me. Otherwise you just lost a loyal customer.
