a month agoI usually purchase online but since I saw this store, I went to check some of their latest arrivals and brought a hiking pant. I wanted the shorts with six inches but they ran out of their stock. Nice store in a nice location. The other store across the street is much bigger though.
I live 5 minutes from santana row and a friend invited me to spend the afternoon there. After lunch we walked around and visited some stores. I know the brand for a long time but I had never entered the Lululemon store. What a nice surprise, it’s very good quality woman’s and man sportswear, they have accessories, water bottles, bags.
Very attentive staff. I will come back soon.
Well there free tailor fits the adage “you get what you pay for.” I purchased two pants because they altered the first pair too much. The second pair I confirmed I just wanted a smidgen off, 0.5″ and what do I get back? 1.5″ cut off. The photo is off both my pants. Both 33″ waist, 34″ length. Fun fun to shop around, they carry the best merchandise, great qualities and awesome customer services. Alas packed with all different age groups and genders. Love coming here to shop.
Had the displeasure of dealing with Ashley and Jess for a return. They were very unprofessional and gave me the wrong information that contradicts the receipt. Did not comply with company’s sale policy (printed on receipt) and also said that they will have to bring it up to their manager but did nothing to help me. Zero stars for customer service. Would not recommend going to this store.
