The store was also clean and fairly organised.2 months agoMy recent visit was marred by the rude behavior of the fitting room manager. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude created a negative atmosphere that overshadowed the friendly cashiers’ efforts. The lady’s lack of courtesy and respect towards customers affected my overall shopping experience, leaving me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I especially noticed the prices on packages of men’s tank tops, tee shirts, boxers and briefs; although depending on the day, that store section ranged from disorganized, to a cluttered mess.2 months agoThis store in Speedway is a disgrace to other Ross stores. It looked like a tornado hit it. Clothes thrown everywhere. Floor had clothes, shoes, houseware you couldn’t possibly push a cart threw this store. All the employees I saw where talking to each other, not trying to organize or clean or help customers. I turned around and walked out. I will not be back. Shame on the employees, and the Ross corporation for allowing this store to become such a mess.3 years agoPrices are always right here but things change too quickly for me.
