a month agoOne of the cleanest and most organized Ross stores I’ve been too! I was very surprised once I walked in specially for the location that’s in.a year agoa great store for a combination of price and quality! clean, responsive staff, you can find a lot of good things! a lot of home clothes, shoes for both children and adults! near the cash register, I bought Panda cookies (vanilla and chocolate) for the children delicious! if the product does not fit, it can be returned! we will visit this store more often!a month agoI love how the keep managers (kiara) who harass employees and customers. I overheard her talking about one the employees there calling her retarded and laughing how she likes to mess with her because she slows. Very distasteful for you to keep her as an employee.2 years agoThis place is one of the best places to buy clothes. And all the household necessities because the prices are reasonable, the place is clean8 months agoWith the volume of customers, they really do their best. After xmas, I was not expecting a horribly long wait, but there was indeed a wait. They did have security at the door limiting the amount of people in the store at once which I think is helpful! I got lucky when I went and there were 4 people on the registers. Although busy AT ALL TIMES, this place is a gem ?. Be ready to search and shop. I always find something even if I don’t need it ? I found the cutest puppy clothes!

3 weeks agoAlways find great stuff here and at a great pricein the last weekI was stopped at entrance by the Indian security man, who promptly asked me to let my backpack at the front, unattended. When I questioned why was that, if it was company’s policy, and showed him every single shopper had their bags on them, he backed down and let me in with my backpack. Note, that I was properly dressed, but I’m a young black man.Granted, I did not shop there.2 months agoFor me this is the best Ross around the area, is well stock but some employees here don’t feel like working and they are mean. I didn’t even get to ask this older lady that was picking up clothes from the floor about a shirt when she said I don’t know nothing sorry, all I said was excuse me and before me saying anything she said that. If you don’t feel like working or you about to retire you don’t need to be mean. Get another job if you don’t like what you do.3 weeks agoThis is one of the disgusting stores I have ever went into the manager in that adams avenue store was so rude to me and he needs to let management fix the rest room , nobody can use the toilet and he was so stupid to tell me to go and use next door. Ross makes lot of money to not fix the toilet for the customer. A very convenient location , parking is available near by or opposite to store there is big paid parking. Looks small outside but the store is relatively big when compared to many Ross. Well organized , clean store and many collections. Price is as usual within in the range of Ross store. But I felt the quality of the items is bit less than compared to any suburbs store. But the collection itself is huge then other. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We were the last when checking out and they stayed patiently. One star is reduced due to the dressing room is closed on mens section. Not sure about the women’s section.
Ross is so junky! There’s so much stuff all over the place, I couldn’t find anything. Someone needs to clean and organize this store. They usually have great finds. So disappointed.
There isn’t as much to shop for as it used to be. The staff is very helpful and I did get to purchase several items that I needed. I’d shop there again as the prices are good ??
The worst Ross store ever! First u have to find parking very expensive! Depending on where u parked u have to walk to get the store and during ur walk all u smell is piss??? Once I got to the store the piss smell was inside the store I kept walking to get away from the smell,but it’s everywhere! Big store not organized at all the selection of clothes are so poor! Save urself the time and money not go here it’s a waste of time. I didn’t have a choice for the one star. I wouldn’t give one star if I had the choice!
not a great vibe here. i asked someone to unlock a book bag to purchase, and it seemed the person was doing everything she could to not have to deal with me. they kept asking if there was a button to press to ask for help, which there wasn’t. when a manager called workers to the register, a worker shouted a smart remark about the person being in the bathroom. i asked two others to unlock the bag and it seemed no one was coming to help so I just left.
