2 years agoThe location, in the heart of Old Town, is great for someone like me who uses public transportation. I can have lunch at a great restaurant, enjoy the Torpedo Factory, browse in the thrift shops, sit and look out at the water, and then shop at Ross for clothing, housewares, spices, or any number of things I didn’t realize I needed. Then easy access to a bus or Metro to head for home with my purchases.5 years agoI will say this is a unique ross- Street parking “paid” The store is small to other locations- however they do have good finds inside, found a bunch of big and tall tees under $7 each!The jewelry was sorta plain and basic house goods were decent, no furniture- worth visiting.

3 months agoWent to pick up a box from the Amazon Locker, put my mobile down & didn’t realize I didn’t have my phone until I got home. Ross staff was helpful when I called & went into the store to locate my phone. Thanks Aziz.2 years agoThe store looks a bit run down, but if you have time, there are some great deals here. There’s a variety of stuff you can choose from.

ALWAYS shop there!!!2 weeks agoI returned a pair of casual pant. I waiting 10 minutes at the counter to get refund after two customers ahead of me. Then I proceeded to shop for miscellaneous items & then got in cashier’s checkout line.a year agoI was searching for Christmas items on sale and there was a large selection of ceramic decorations on sale. A lot of items were at least 50% off or more. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. The store wasn’t over crowded and I picked up other items that were heavily discounted as well.a month agoI use to hate shopping at this Ross until recently. I got help from one of the workers, I think her name was Erica.. She was so sweet and professional . The store where you can find the most affordable outlet products in USA. The products are very high quality and affordable. However, since it is an outlet, not every size and model is available. If you are lucky, you can find products that suit you. Compared to my Marshall and TjMaxx, I think it makes more sense.
August 23, 2023 I needed last minute items for my son’s dorm. I entwred this Ross and was greeted by a kind gentleman that I asked to direct me to items I sought. I purchased two sets of Twin XL sheets, shower curtain, liner, and hooks. A bathroom rug and throw rug. There was a great selection, reasonable prices and good service. I recommend this location for shoping.
This is a place where I have found some great furniture pieces and always got help from the staff.I purchased a small dresser and it was slightly broken so I spoke with Mang Erica she gave me a discount it was her attitude that I couldn’t get pass if I didn’t really want it I would have walked out.I asked Erica could she have someone bring it to register she said no we don’t have floor associates so I asked a young man he helped me without hesitation and helped me put it in the car but Erica reprimanded him not to help me to the car or register he was in disbelief but still helped she definitely doesn’t need to be a mang the first bad experience at this store.
Who doesn’t like Ross. You go in for one thing and come out with something else. You can always find something in Ross at a reasonable price ?.
