Went there yesterday looking for a white top and bought a necklace to go with it.I bought it and went home to try it on but it fit too tight in the front so I had to take it back in less than an hour after I bought it. I also decided to get the longer length of the necklace. The attendant in the jewelry department was polite but I had to wait at least 15 minutes because first he did not know what to do and second he acted like he was questioning why I was returning the item despite having a receipt and tags still on it. Store was not as messy as usual, but it’s one of those stores that you have to dig through to find what you are looking for.
I was looking for a necklace with a large cross that a friend purchased here. I need this because the devil lives next door. They were out of stock. I then went to Aldi to purchase some garlic.
Bought two dog beds, washed them on the same day I purchased them because of sanitary reasons. I mean who wouldn’t wash before allowing your pet to use the bed?? After washing the beds the tag bled through and stained the beds. The manager Eric, would not allow the exchange because we washed the pillows. Seems unreasonable you can’t wash the bed the same day and return it the following day because it’s defective.
Maybe the corporate office can explain.
If you’re a mother, you should know something about this store.The girl running the changing room at 17:00 on Saturday, 10/28/2023 thought it was real cute to break the California Health and Safety code and ignore shopping mothers asking for the changing table. Her phones more interesting apparently. I wonder if the California Department of Public Heath and the BBB think it’s cute too. Maybe give them a call.
