2 weeks agoI received wonderful customer service from Evelyn & Marlon a few days ago. These ladies were able to put aside some items for me that I needed and were very helpful and kind! These are the type of people that make customers keep returning!2 months agoI’ve never had any problems at this location. Everyone is usually nice and helpful whenever I go however, this is not a big box store so you’re not gonna find everything that you’re looking for every time. I love it though it’s like a treasure hunt every day there’s always new things2 months agoI love Tj Maxx but today when me and my mother were leaving one of our bags beeped. I reached in and a blanket we had purchased the sensor just fell off into my hand. I walked it over to the counter and handed to the women and she said she need to see my receipt and check my bag. Which was fine. Then she wanted to check all of my bags like I didn’t just check out…. And why would I BRING you the sensor tag if I was stealing? It was really rude and my first bad experience at this store.4 months agoThis store is organized and neat , however my son and i needed help while we watched an employee in mens dept. on personal cell phone talking about what there evening plans were for 15 mins. So we left. But the store is very nice .a month agoFound the bigger bottles of flavored syrups! For ice water hacks! Amazing!!! No sugar! Is better!

a month agoI think this is my favorite TJ Maxx in the Nashville area. It is a bit smaller than some other locations. But everything is so well-laid out and well-lit. Really recommend.3 months agoLoaded up on Pur gum, which is a non aspartame sugar free gum that has xylitol in it. I get this because xylitol helps destroy cavitys. Well stocked TJMaxx. Fitting rooms close out an hour before the store closes, so it’s a bummer but apart from that it’s a fantastic location. They got plenty of parking nearby. Good staff.
Nice location had some cute items I liked while traveling. It is next to the clinic, so it was packed, and there was enough parking, but I had to park in the back due to the crowd. The lines were long, but they moved fast at checkout. The store is clean and has enough space to maneuver around.
Came in 15 minutes before store closing i was just going in to get a random shirt and some employee was quick to say store was closed like make it make sense I still had 15 minutes!! Replace your staff
This store was so hot that it made shopping miserable. We were planning to go to dinner after shopping but we were too hot and sweaty so we couldn’t go. The store was well stocked today. I really wanted to look through the Halloween things but it was so hot we just left.
It’s always so uncomfortably hot here , i’m not sure if it’s this t.j maxx but they don’t do discounts for damaged items either even if it’s the last of its kind . pretty upsetting
