The wife luvz this place, hadta pick up som of her essentials ? the place is clean n the staff r pleasant. I’m sure we’ll b back. Hadta go back as y’all can C, very important wife stuff n the cart. Really great lil’ store. Keeps the wife happy
Bought a pair of flats for work and a sweater. I wore the shoes to work 1 time and they had a dip in the toe and the sweater was itchy. When I went to return them 1 week later after my purchase with my receipt and all the tags, the cashier asked if I wore the shoes and I said, “yes just 1 day” and showed her the problem. I was very nice and polite and the cashier said, “We cant return these since you wore them and this.. I don’t know, let me ask my supervisor”. By the time I asked what was wrong, another lady came and inspected the sweater and said, “Did you wear this?” and I told her “No, I wore it for about 10 minutes and realized how itchy it was. Is there something wrong with it?” She then ignored me and called the store manager over. Now I have 3 ladies standing there inspecting this sweater and the store manager (an older lady about 70) looked at the sweater and said, “We cant return this! It’s filthy!” and looked at me in disgust. There was about 4 pieces of my dog’s white hair. I said, “It’s not dirty, here I can take those off, it’s just some hair” and she replied, “No we wont accept it in this condition”. I was completely shocked that I was treated so poorly like I did something wrong and also that they didn’t return the items I had receipts for and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with, in good and sellable condition. I had picked off the little pieces of hair on the sweater by the time the store manager walked away. Will never go back. Every time I’ve gone there’s at least a 30 minute wait in line that is at least 40 people+ long.

I love this Reno Store. Where I lived before (Oklahoma) the stores were separate. The convenience of having it all in one is not only more convenient but there are more treasures to search for on every visit!
Exploring this day for baby items for a new baby girl and not disappointed! I had to spend more time deciding my budget and what not to take with me than finding something adorable!
