3 months agoHuge collection of comics: new stuff, signed, retro…Plus some toys, Pokémon cards and figures.
Cool place for nerds!
6 months agoThis was an awesome old school toy store from the time when I grew up! It was full of some new cool toys, comics & games. They also had some older toys so it had a nostalgic feel. My daughter and I enjoyed going in meeting and speaking to the owners. They’re very nice and welcoming.a month agoReally cool little shop. I was expecting only toys, but they have a lot of nice comics and books as well. Worth checking out10 months agoThis is an awesome toy store not far from the Museum of Modern Art, and it has so many things. Toys, stuffed animals, books and comics. The only down side was how expensive most things were.2 years agoSo happy I found this place. Great selection, well organized, and clean. Has nostalgic toys like Simon and Life to STEAM toys and a Japanese version of Legos (at least that’s my description). And lots of comics. Found great Xmas gifts for my niece and brother! Great service, too. Also they have complimentary gift wrapping – bonus!

5 months agoNice big shop right on the pier. Friendly staff and a large selection. I love that you can get little souvenir tee shirts and clothes for your bear, but my kids aren’t really the souvenir type so we got Pokémon, lame!3 months agoCash payment is not supported here, so I tried to pay with UnionPay card. The employee said it was a payment error and tried to make three payments. In the end, everyone failed, so I asked for another card, and I paid with a visa card. I checked after a few days and found that all three payments were approved. I went to the store myself and told the staff, and they denied it, saying it would never happen. They said they even could’nt confirm it further. I came back because I didn’t want to ruin my trip. I spent three months with the credit card company to solve this problem after returning to my home country. This is not a store that build-a-bear. It’s a build-a-dept workshop. The customer service is very terrible.5 years agoWent during the “Pay Your Age” day, and unlike other locations around the world that had to close off the line due to massive lines, this location had a short line and was still open to anyone who wanted a new little friend. The employees that day and other days I’ve stopped by were very helpful, even with all the people who came in and kept coming in. Plenty of options too, so if you want more plush and accessory variety, including some San Francisco exclusive items like a SF Giants bear or your own sea lion like the ones outside, this is the BaB Workshop for you!2 months agoI had a great time when I went there. Staff was super friendly and made the experience magical even for an adult like myself 😉7 months agoSUPER CUTE!!!!I got Sylveon in the store and it is SO cute!!! The employees were super nice and I heavily recommended the shop to everyone!

A great LEGO store experience!
Popped into LEGO San Fran with my little ones today and it was a great experience. All the new / current harder to get sets, advanced and limited edition items as well.
The shop is located in the San Francisco Westfield, lower floor.
The staff were attentive and helpful. There was plenty of little displays and hands on items to keep them entertained for hours!!!
Definitely worth popping in if your in the area.
The Lego experts in the shop are super nice and helpful! Really great visit!
Had a blast checking this store out! All the workers were very kind. You could watch one working on a huge piece. Very neat to see all the choices and themes!
The worst Lego store experience I’ve had, bar none. The staff are so rude, there was a line a mile long and one person working the register, and don’t get me wrong, I totally understand how so many places are understaffed right now, however, they literally had FOUR other employees standing behind the counter chatting and surveying the growing line and it was wild. I’ve been to a couple of Lego stores in south Florida and the folks there were phenomenal
Just let that sink in. The stores in south Florida- FLORIDA- were better than this spot. I’d recommend staying far away from these folks. They found a way to suck the joy out of LEGO.
Fantastic store. My card was charged twice for the same item, but I called on the phone and they were able to quickly fix for me!.
