3 months agoWe use to love this location but lately all the self checkout lines are very very long and just 1 or non of the regular checkouts are open. Then after standing in the long self checkout line you find out the machines don’t take cash bc they are broken or only 1 or 2 will accept cash making you have to wait longer. However I mainly go for oil changes for all 3 of our vehicles. Oil changes are 15mins and have no problems with the service yet. So will raise from 3 stars to 4 bc of that. Lol5 months agoI waited one hour for help to load 15 bags of mulch into my car. I didn’t receive any help. I waited outside about 30 minutes then I went into the store to purchase the mulch. I was told there were no younger males available to help me load mulch into my vehicle. I am a 90% disabled veteran and it was very painful loading this by myself. Also, attached are two photos of a young able-bodied male who could help me, but he was on his phone. Also, Security watch me load my vehicle as well and they said that they peso in multiple times. Although I know it’s not their job to help. I think it’s interesting watching adult able-bodied, strong grown man sit in their vehicle and watch me load my vehicle full of mulch.11 months agoThey canceled the contract because they said the performance wasn’t good but they Never moved any carts out of the way so I guess they were expecting me to do that too… And then their street sweeper comes in to pick up trash, he also picked up a lot of the salt also… Do not recommend doing any services for Walmart… They pay for a 2″ trigger but expect you to do a no tolerance and that’s a different pay schedule … They were only paying $41,000 If it’s a no tolerance it will be more around $56,000a week agoThis Walmart locks up their underwear and makes you take it directly to a register. They have buttons that are supposed to notify an employee to help you get said underwear. They don’t do anything but tell you someone is coming. No one does. The grocery isles smell like someone pooped on the floor. (Not coming from people.) There is liquid poured in a line all through the food isles. They have only a handful of registers open even though we are ringing up our own stuff. Shopping cars are all beat up. The turning curbs out front that try to force you to go left or right are a bad idea as most people are coming in from the center median because GPS tells you to pull in that way. Basically, even bad for a Walmart. Please do better.4 months agoThey had good stock and I typically cant complain about the meat or produce quality. I am over them not having registers open REQUIRING most shoppers to self-checkout. It’s the people with 50+ items that constantly need help that cancels out the quickness and ease of self checkout.

in the last week$67.00 worth of items missing went to store got credit for items. If I wanted to go to the store and get my own items which one bag had 3 different tags I would have gotten in my car and drove. This has happened to me more than once Maybe the store manager should check on this department and why mistakes are made repeatedly. Two old man no disrespect but them they were just dumb… even after I proof them wrong still didn’t do the work on my girls car.. that’s was so sad because my old men is about or older then them and I’m sure he would have make sure costumer gets treated with right and get the job done…they need new people there ASAP!!!3 months agoRich (I think it was his name) helped us out when we were on the way to vacation. We had the battery light come on. He tested battery and said it was probably the alternator (which it was) and since they did not do those repairs recommended another local shop. My name is Paula and me and my son thank Walmart and this beautiful young lady for your help and support3 weeks agoThe management the people back in the tool department or terrible to get to know unlock anything in the cages I’ve been there 3 times and knocked out no one would open the door to sell myself I’m extremely disappointed with the way this Walmart set up now it’s worse than a very it’s just it’s a bad Walmart compared to the other ones Grove City Hilliard they’re all Walmarts are outstanding, I mean for god sakes they got five people guarding the door and no one working the cash register!! You have old people stand in line for 30 minutes.. very sad. Any new management.. no one cares they’re about the customer at all

Expired food again. This time the meat was visibly rotten. The whole one row of salami looked like this. Also, attached is the oat milk. Instead of getting rid of the expired oat milk, they just rotated it to the back.
This stores online grocery is horrible. Unfortunately they are the store that delivers to my address. Orders late or cancelled. Missing items or sometimes items that aren’t mine. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I wish Walmart would let you choose the store you want to deliver to you. Currently have a order now that was supposed to be delivered between 1 to 2. It is now 6:43 a no order.
I can appreciate the things they’ve done on the inside of the store…however it is still a scary place…i wouldn’t walk thru that parking lot at night if my life depends on it. They need some real security there,not some guy driving around in a pickup with tinted windows….
Went to the jewelry counter and no associate was present waited for 35 min and no one came. I went to customer service and they called for an associate to the jewelry dept but after another 15 minutes no one came so I went back to customer service and this time asking for a manager, as no one had still come. The manager stalls around seeming as if she didn’t know who was supposed to be working in the jewelry dept. she protruded to pretending to look for keys and says (Tone) is the one with the keys. They called for an associate again to jewelry. Another 10 minutes passed and I seen the person named (Tone) standing around laughing and socializing. 1 hr and 5 min total to get a pair of earrings. I’m done with stupid Walmart and their stupid associates!!
They don’t price match target for electronics so I had to make a second stop, they’re apples and watermelons are more than 2x as expensive as Aldi’s, and the workers seem so miserable. Even by Walmart standards this one is just depressing to stop at.
