7 months agoA very large store that sells everything you could ever possibly need from clothing to cleaning to homewares. They’ve got you covered. Wide clean aisles, with each department clearly visible with signage. Plenty of bargains to be had and lots on clearance.a month agoThe worst shop I’ve have ever rang. They never answer the phone. It doesn’t matter what department you want they never answer then they end up hanging up on you… They keep you on the phone for 10 minutes then they just end the call… I have tried ring on different days & times. While our click and collect was being fetched another member of staff came up to the terminal, told us she was serving someone else and that we had to leave. We explained the situation to her and she ignored us and continued serving the other customers, even once our member of staff returned. Ended up being delayed so long we just went to the self service. Pretty disgusting, particularly when we’re pushing around a newborn on top of everything.a year agoManagement and Staff at Tuggeranong are great. Part of the centre lost power and Target was unfortunately affected. The staff quickly evacuated all shoppers and put aside my shopping so that I could collect the following day. When I returned all staff from the day before greeted me with a smile and hello. When I went to check out my one pass wasn’t scanning and the staff at the front counter went above and beyond to try and get it to work. They called the manager to the front when their efforts were unsuccessful and he was able to put it through successfully. I really appreciate the warm welcome to the store and customer service.

One of the best store in Canberra. It’s big and the staffs are friendly. The shops are always full. The girl in the checkout was quite nice as she helped me in packing. One of the very clean store and well maintained. Self checkout adds up a plus point as well
I recently visited Target store in the Belconnen area to shop for school clothing for my kids, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making my shopping trip a breeze. The staff members were also friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.
The selection of school clothing at this Target store was impressive, and I was pleased to find a wide range of styles, sizes, and colors to choose from. The prices were very reasonable, and I felt like I got a great value for my money.

Since 2017, I have been visiting Target Belconnen. I love how the store’s arranged. I like how it makes me happy the moment I get in. The products are of good quality – my favorite is my pair of jammies that even after several washes all these years, they’re still so comfortable to wear.
I just bought a new Christmas tree from here and some tree decors.
Bad customer service. Went to purchase something I saw as available online here. On arrival I asked the girl at the service counter for assistance. Without even checking the system she told me it was sold out and they had just sold the last one in a rude tone. I said it was online but ok and left. Decided to try click and collect it when I got outside. Item was ready to collect within an hour. When I returned to the service desk to collect, the same girl served me. I questioned why she told me it was sold out and she said “the system told her it was sold out” – the system she never checked in my presence. Target staff need to do better!
I received superb customer service from Shaz in the Belconnen Target store today. I am 8 months pregnant and when I walked into the store, she was greeting customers and she was so caring and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make me feel looked after. Towards the end of my shop as I walked out, one of the items of clothing I bought set off the alarm as the tag was still on so I ended up interacting with her more. From the brief encounters I had with Shaz, she had shown top quality customer service, and I can tell she really cares about the customers. I left your store feeling warm and happy, and it was all because of Shaz and how brilliant she is and I just wanted to make sure that this is acknowledged and celebrated! 🙂
