Go above and beyond to deliver genuine advice and recommendations, and always give service with a smile (even in the early morning).Couldn’t recommend them highly enough for anything bike related, and their Saturday morning rides to Kurnell are an amazing way to start to weekend too. Highly recommend that too! Would give 6 ****** if i could!

I recently bought a road bike from the Giant Sydney team. The whole experience was great, especially the fitting and the tuning from Simon and Steve. Even though I forgot to ask them to swap the left and rear brake levers during the bike build, they were super happy to do the extra work to change it afterwards, including doing all the right things in the internal wiring. Love the attention to detail, I’m impressed. Thanks guys!
I cannot thank Finn and the team at Giant enough for making my son’s birthday one to remember! We just picked up his first proper mountain bike – Talon 1 – both the bike and the customer service are exceptional
Excellent bike shop, bought a new
road bike – Giant Propel Adv Pro 0 – which looks good and rides very well. Simon did the bike fit expertly. Very happy with the service and the bike is great. An aero bike that climbs fast !

They didn’t have the frame size I needed for the bike model I was interested in store, but I was able to check the fit on a different model and pre-ordered it in.
It didn’t take long for the bike to be shipped and built up. The team made sure I was happy with the fit, and adjusted components as needed, i.e. shorter stem and cutting the handlebars down to size.
I very much appreciated the workshop team’s attention to detail. After cutting the handlebars, they realized the cables were too long and invited me to return at my convenience so they could shorten them.
A great team, and in my opinion you get quite a bit of bang for your buck on Giant/Liv bikes.
I wish I can give more than 5 stars. I purchased a Reign+ eMTB bike today from the Clarence street shop and the front desk sales staff both Simon and Matt are amazing. Especially Matt, he is a legend, always so patient and willing to answer all questions. Buying a bike from the shop is an amazing experience because of people like Matt and Simon.
The Giant Sydney shop is well stocked and has amazing sales in the beginning of the year. Though the build times can be slightly more, but it is worth the time as their build quality is excellent.
Overall a very good experience shopping here, with the real steak sauce being the excellent customer service from Matt and Simon. Keep up the good work lads and thanks for all the advice.
