2 months agoThat’s my place to go when I’m hungry and need protein. If you become a member you can benefit their promotions. For example they have double patty on Wednesdays. With 8 and donate you get a free chips in 3rd visit, a free drink in the 6th and the 8th you can either eat or donate! Everyone knows how good are their zucchini chips.10 months agoWe’ve dined at this location a few times and they are generally good. However, for this particular experience, the food was slightly below standards – The burger buns were a little bit stale and the Ceasar salad was a bit flat and came with a pickle (which presumably was accidental). In fairness, it was ANZAC day*, so they were a little busy and the buns/ingredients were probably not the freshest.
Service was friendly and very good, as per all visits to date.
Ratings (5 out of 10 is average) Food: 7 out of 10 Service: 8 out of 10 Price: $$*
*There is a 15% surcharge for public holidays, which is reasonable.
3 months agoI ordered on 12.33p.m. and the delivery driver picked up on 1.50p.m. I took the order on 2.10p.m. The restaurant didn’t care the food is cold and soft, still let driver deliver it. And the food is wrong.in the last weekI find with all of the Grill’d stores (this one is no exception) the team is personable and genuinely interested in giving good food and service. My girlfriend and I visit frequently, grateful for the ability of the menu and the staff to accommodate our many dietary requirements and preferences.
2 years agoGrill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. Make sure you download their app and claim your rewards (free drink if you’re a student)! Will always be my favourite local burger joint – their burgers always feel more genuine and clean.

Great burger chain. Got low carbs or GF options. Beef / chicken or lamb.
Potato or sweet potato or zucchini chips. Snack size to go with burger or large size to share. Go for the combo with all 3 types of chips with 3 dips. You don’t actually need dips as the chips are flavoured with herbs and salt.
Drinks are in cans or bottles. They don’t serve tap water.
Would say the burgers more healthy and you have choices for veggies with bacon eggs or cheese.
There’s kids set meals for little and big kids.
Average burger with snack chips and drink is between $20-$25.
Popped in for pre fringe show food. There was a good selection of seating available, and I chose a booth near the kitchen.
I must say that due to the bar/structure under the table, there is very limited leg room. At best, these tables are good for children under 8 and not adults.
I ordered a bbq chicken burger with the low carbon bun to be washed down with an IPA.
Ordering can be made at the table by way of a qr code.
Within 10 minutes, the food arrived. I must say that I felt like I hadn’t eaten anything when I left, but equally I wasn’t hungry, weird.
I’ll certainly be back, the food was really good and has a healthy feel to it. Burger relish is great, happy to have tried. Table ordering with the QR code doesn’t work great. Friendly staff, nice space.
Good potion, good price, great food. They give a token for each burger you bought. A token then can be donated for charities stall set up inside the restaurant. I love how they care about other communities and give back their revenue. I definitely recommend this place to hangout with your mates. Keep up the good work, please.
Amazing burgers done right. For the most part amazing service but you can see how (understandably) flustered some of the staff get when they are crowded. Atmosphere is great pending the clientel but that can be said for most places. A great place to dine in over all. However it can get pricey. The 1st Tuesday of every month they offer a free meal which is amazingly generous of them and much appreciated by many in the community.
