a month agoUpdate; Received a message from the new manager apologising and advising Pizza Hut is now under new management. He said we had a complimentary lunch or dinner whenever we want it. Tonight the manager personally delivered the same order as last time but also with an additional pizza at no extra cost. The order was made and at our door in under half an hour, the food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding! Massive turn around in short time, well done and thank you new manager! We will certainly be back again!Original review: Waited over an hour for our delivery and finally got a call from the delivery drivers wife to say they are unable to find our address. It’s now 1.40 minutes later on a school night and I have unfed children not in bed. Not happy at all Do not go here it’s a waste of money *update* Upon arrival the delivery driver was smirking and taking the piss out of us. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve seen first hand. The food was disgusting. Stail cold and not edible. Nobody contacted me after this either. These people need to be shut down.

With a minimum order of $19 (and only a couple $ to deliver) and great meal deals starting at $8 (pizza and a drink) it’s a quick and easy way to order for a treat for my kids.
The giant cookie dessert is so incredibly delicious and addictive. I crave it all the time. Crispy on the outside with soft, gooey chocolate on the inside. YUM.
The pizzas here have a sufficient amount of toppings and, in my opinion, are way better than Domino’s
Ordered 3 pizza and sides. All of 3 pizza turned up burnt plus found some burnt fibre thing in garlic bread box. In past they missed the garlic bread in home delivery. Called the store many times but busy lines. Not sure why they charge public holidays sur charge when there’s no service.
Tried once and that was enough. Ordered cookie and it broke apart like a sand castle the moment I picked up a slice, luckily it came with some onion and pizzas sauce, I’m now assuming they don’t swap cut blades when handling different food types, donuts were also burnt, tough and horrible to eat.
Delivery driver ignored delivery instructions and woke up roommates. This has been and extremely disappointing experience
I should have read the reviews before ordering. They missed out on an item that I ordered ( looks like they always do on purpose from the previous reviews) . I contacted the store and the lady on the phone assured that the missed item was on its way for delivery and hung up. Sadly, It never came.

For three pizzas and three side for $35. Really happy with the food today, sometimes it’s a hit and miss. The pizza was cooked nicely and with lots of toppings. We got it hot and I’m really happy. I think they changed the tomato sauce because it tastes different, not a bad thing just noticed. Would prefer this store to gungahlin.
