2 months agoGreat service to go with excellent quality and priced furniture. Very pleased with our furniture and how well it was all packed to ensure no damage. In 4 years we have purchased 2 Vermont sets (4 sofas) and they’ve been great very solid and comfortable sofas. Also purchased dining sets and they’re very sturdy and stylish. Great price great quality great service ?4 months agoWe purchased the Elmhurst table and bench seats , shortly after the design strips on the benches all fell off. We didn’t want replacement benches due to the admin of rebuilding. The process was pretty drawn out but Peter K was incredible. He followed up regularly with phone calls and texts to ensure we were not forgotten. The customer service he provided was next to none and made our whole encounter pleasant. He ultimately provided us with a generous store credit which was our preferred outcome. Really appreciated his care and attention. Every store needs a Peter! Thank you for the human touch in getting my problem resolveda month agoI needed a spare part for a Super king bed we brought from Target four or five years ago and went to the clearance outlet shop in East Tamaki, showed warehouse manager (Peter ) the part needed for replacement. This afternoon I visited Target Furniture Sylvia Park Store to purchase some furniture for my new house.
Before the I make the payment, I just checked with the salesperson(an Indian guy-properly the manager?) I asked if the price drops before my delivery time, Can I just come back to match the new lower price? He Indian guy said if I considering a refund to match the possible lower price in the future , just don’t buy it, he also told me that I will not be able to get a refund even the product has not been delivered. ( This salesperson was not helpful but very rude).
I purchased stuff from Freedom, Nick Scali and Harvey Norman this afternoon, they are all happy do any new lower price matching before the delivery time.
The product I was going to purchase at Target Furniture was not customized, also not clearance product. I don’t understand under New Zealand Law why the salesperson told me that I can’t refund the product even it has not been delivered.
Anyway, Thank you Target Furniture,I experienced the rudest shopping experience I have ever seen…!!!

Purchased several furniture items – reasonably priced + sale discount. Browsed other furniture shops but came back to this one, especially because of stellar service from Alejandra and the team. Very relaxed, professional, and was super helpful w finding different colors / models. Also, they were not pushy and made us feel so welcome. Thanks team! We will make a review on products when they arrive, but in-store they were perfect for us.
I ordered furniture from Target Wairau Park recently. Josh was brilliant throughout the entire process from choosing the furniture to delivery.
I had a query in relation to assembling one item. Peter was incredibly helpful and offered to assist outside standard working hours if required. Issue was solved in a jiffy. Overall a great experience throughout the entire process and I’m very happy with my furniture.
Needing to replace furniture after a major flooding event and following online research, I visited Target Furniture Wairau to view possible options. Not every piece I was interested in was in stock however my questions were answered satisfactorily and ordering was relatively straight forward. Thanks to the team for holding the order until my home was finally ready to move back into following construction delays. Very happy with items and the quality, and delivery was seamless. I bought some furniture at Target. The design of the furniture is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. Peter Koloamatangi was extremely kind and enthusiastic, helping us with furniture delivery and assisting us in assembling the bed frame and organizing the furniture. Peter is awesome!! We really appreciated his help. Arthur Zhang was very enthusiastic, actively introducing various furniture options to us, and providing timely assistance. John from the Delivery Team was very friendly during the furniture delivery and offered us many suggestions when arranging the furniture. This was a very good shopping experience.
