a week agoAfter having a bubble tea experience at Gong Cha in Rundle Mall, I had to come back to this website and just say how great the product and service was, it really made me appreciate this company. I ordered online through Hungry Panda and drinks arrived within 30min fresh and delicious, thanks for great service and product! Will definitely be ordering here again. I absolutely loved the Chocolate Milk Tea with cream mousse. No photos sorry was too busy drinking to take a pic.3 months agoTasty drinks, friendly service ? I always request 2-3x extra sugar because over the years all bubble tea stores have made their drinks less sweet.9 months agoClean store. Good staff & service. Always lots new flavours and drinks to try. Currently enjoying the Hot Chai drink as the weather gets cooler.a year agoNot my type of bubble tea store. The service I received was average and the taste was average compared to the other bubble tea stores nearby. Tried a couple of their products. Some were good and some were bad. Sometimes the milk tea tasted like bitter melon. I don’t know why. Its not the bitter taste that the tea gives me taste bad. I understand sometimes bubble tea taste a bit bitter, but I was served a bubble tea that only had the taste of bitter, no sweetness. The after taste on my tongue was dreadful. It felt like drinking the war head candy powder in water and drinking it. The tea flavour is very mild and covered the flavour of the other ingridients. My pearls also tasted bad compared to the other bubble tea stores nearby. Then there are the flavoured drink that taste too sweet. For example all their flavoured teas taste just sugary and artificial to the point where some drinks doesn’t really taste like their supposed flavours. The service was alright and could be a bit slow especially in the busy hours. It took me 15 minutes for my order to be completed because there were little staff.
5 years agoVisited at 10.33pm on a Monday night. Aircon was off so a bit humid in store. Drink was good, music, and there weren’t many people so good place to chill and chat. Friendly staff. Table and seating was average in comfort.

At 9:45pm ordered coconut milky with coconut jelly and it just taste disgusting. It honestly tasted like water. This is one of my favourite drink and they just ruined it for me. The tall girl on the til was really rude and kept rolling her eyes on me and my friends. This is not the first time I was served by this girl and her attitude is always the same. I am really disappointed by the customer service and the way they make the drinks.
Drinks are good, refreshing and addictive. Customer service needs improvement. Self orders machines need more wipe down often.
Music too loud most times and cannot hear the name call-outs.
Good place for school going kids. We are one of the regular customer. But last two times the service was really worst. Not good enough. Staffs are carrying rude face all the time. Especially girls. Look I’m also working in servo past 8 years facing more than 200 customers per day. Smiling is one of our priority job. You don’t need to train for that. It should have automatically comes from inside. Last time my daughter ordered the same drink that she ordered always but it wasn’t good. Ice came outside the drink and my daughter literally cried when she came and look at the drink . And we bought other one. Sometimes mistakes happen, I completely understood but not all the times, today also same . And straightaway my daughter went inside and ask one of the girl staff but she looked at my daughter bit rude it seems and starts convincing. And later my daughter ask extra cookies and ready to pay extra. ( Note here we will not charge extra in servo for anything that customer add) but here they charge exta that’s fine. But showing rude face literally immature. First of all they made disgusting drink and second they charge and also not ready to serve again. Poor customer service
I ordered Thai milk tea from uber eat.
It doesn’t taste like traditional Thai milk tea, it’s very sweet .
Not delicious at all
I’m disappointed in it .
Why so rude. Google says you’re open on Australia Day so we drove down and the door was locked but staff were inside. A guy was handed down his order by opening the door. It was 5 pm ..We got mixed up and knocked the door and all the Asian lady can do is stand at the till and give us a crossed hand gesture with a death stare. How about a sign that says you’re are closed or have bit more decency to open the door and say sorry we are closed. We love the product so we drove all the way to Prospect store and got our drinks with a lovely service from the staff there.
