8 months agoTerrible experience ordering from this Chatime. We ordered 3 drinks of the limited edition special. We had to wait 10 minutes before we got our drinks. There were basically no other customers waiting. Best of all they messed up the ALL 3 drinks by not including the MAIN INGREDIENT which makes it the special edition the heart jelly! Very disappointed overall. Would not recommend ordering from this Chatime.7 months agoThe opening time here is wrong. I went there at 8:30am and the staff said they were not open until 9am. Okay so I waited.At 9am, I wanted to order their premium bubble tea but the staff said it wasn’t available until 10:45am because they were still cooking the bubbles. However, nowhere on the menu indicated the available time of the bubbles.
I just wanted to have a cup of bubble tea before I went back home by flight, where I can hardly find bubble tea.
3 years agoThis morning, I ordered two milk tea, one is hot and other one is cold at 11:33。 believe or not there is a fly in my milk tea, I’m shocked and very disappointed. I trying to call this shop but no one answered….6 years agoThey have a new menu. Caught me off guard and some other customers too! They didn’t get the paper ones printed yet or have anything on the counter to view closer. I like that you can change your sugar and ice servings. Friendly enough service. Balls are small and squishy.a year agoI’ve been here 3 times now and can’t stand to go back.Do you like waiting 15 mins for your drink? While standing in a loud crowded walkway? Even though your drink was ready 5 mins ago but you didn’t know bc 1) the app doesn’t tell you when it’s ready 2) the employees whisper the name which you very obviously cannot hear over the noise or with 12 people in front of you. I hate going here and won’t return. Not worth it. They also forgot my popping balls last time

I had my first Green Tea with Lychee flavour. I have got Pearl and standard sugar & ice inside. İt was great Combination today. The weather was very hot. And, Chatime iced tea recovered me back on right time. Staff was very friendly there. Got my order quickly and made my tea ready in two minutes. Luckily they don’t have minimum Eftpos. Good place to try iced tea. Cheap prices and great tastes.
Worst service ever! I went to the cha time at garden city level 1 and the service there was awful. I came up to the counter waiting for someone to come and take my order but the 2 guys at the back were too busy playing on their phones and not paying attention to their literal JOB. After a good minute one of the guys noticed me and started to walk up giving me an attitude and rushing me while I was trying to order. I was being nice, smiling and everything but this guy was literally death staring me the entire time I was ordering, how is this exactly friendly service?Absolutely rubbish service and I wont be back here to this cha time again. The guy with the attitude who served me had piercings, looked emo and wore a black shirt when I visited. Cha time company, hold this man accountable if you’d like more customers because the service I experienced that day was RUBBISH. My drink didn’t even taste good because it wasn’t even what I exactly wanted since the rude emo guy at the counter kept giving attitude and rushing me like it isn’t his job to help me order what I like. Rubbish experience, rubbish drink, rubbish service. Don’t recommend ?
The girl working in the afternoon around 2pm on the 15 of September had poor customer service. I felt uncomfortable, if I’m having a bad day at work I still put on a friendly face and answer any questions (I know it can be hard) But it does wonders and makes customers come back. Asking questions about my drink as I don’t order bubble teas much felt like I was bothering her. Just negative energy. Drinks were terrible, the way she was preparing them were rough and messy and used some rag you’s must use for everybody’s drinks? Not sure. I threw them out after 3 sips, they just tasted like milk, if I wanted milk I wouldn’t went to coles, makes me sad because the cha time boxes at Woolworths/Coles are great, but I’ll never come back to cha time again.
We lined up waiting to order. The 3 people at the back saw we were lining up and didn’t even acknowledge us and went back to continue speaking to each other. Many other people in the line left and so did we. This was at 12:20 on Sunday 24th of December
Love Chatime but was super disappointed when I was turned away for wanting to use my keep cup. Unsure if it’s protocol to deny keep cups or if I was just served by an employee who hadn’t been properly trained but I’d love to see progress in this area please ? Please let us use our keep cups ????
