7 months agoWas OK. Good amount of icing on the cinnamkn scrolls today.Staff member automatically pressed EFT. I was paying cash. They went to leave the money on top of the cash drawer. So I asked for a receipt. I know the bad intent here. They seemed disappointed. They printed the receipt and gave it to me. I took it, crunched it up and gave it back to them and walked away. I didn’t need it. They were bit angry.
They just had intention of pocketing the cash sale and not declaring the sale.
RFG need all the help they need to protect their income stream through royalties from their FP deceit.

My husband and I have enjoyed a cone at this outlet in Strathpine centre for ages every Saturday as we finish out shopping. For weeks now they tell us no cones. So we switched to milkshakes and a donut each. Last week it was going to be our last day EVER because the milkshades were disgusting. Thankfully I took mine back and vowed to never stop there again but the new lady apologised and remade them saying that she could see no ice cream was added at all by the girl working there. Because of her we will return. But if this bad service happens again its cheers for good. Owner – please fix the problems! Donuts are very nice
Absolutely disgusted in watching two young teenagers working at closing time today. The female threw the cleaning cloth to the male which landed on the ground they laughed then picked it up and wiped tables down. If this is what you call hygienic I will take my business elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. My mother and grandmother came to this store today and had to wait around 10 minutes for staff to serve them. The staff were too busy focusing on making milkshakes or pottering around. It’s not that hard to make a milkshake, serve a customer that just wants a donut, then go back to what you were doing. The staff took so long, my grandmother had to sit down. Other people were in line behind and gave up on waiting forever and left. Just do better.
So So, I ordered 2 chilli dogs because my daughter and I enjoy them, but today Don’t King had no onion and no bacon bits so we were both quite disappointed !!
Served 3 people because they clearly had no order or queue management. When another customer finally noticed me, asked if i jad been served and i said no, clearly im invisible and they dont want to serve me. Useless at customer service. Will never go again.
