3 weeks agoPurchased couple of items today. Only went in there because more convenient. Paid for items then the rude woman that served me didn’t even tell me what price was, or acknowledge me. She just turned her back and starting talking to her dim-witted work colleagues. The handful of times I’ve gone in there, they’ve always been rude anyway. I Don’t recommend. They will not have the pleasure of my business, my money or my beautiful face EVER again.a year agoWalking past popped in to get Fin Review which they didn’t have but had a look around and what a great selection of fresh takeaway food they have! Brought Falafel wrap, spinach roll, sausage roll, cauliflower salad, pesto pasta salad, quinoa and pumpkin salad and soy latte. Coffee delicious and was given sweet little treat to accompany it which went into my mouth as soon as I was given it. Yum! Also have sandwiches, muffins, etc. Can sit outside or even a little area inside to enjoy your coffee and snack. Supermarket section has everything you’d want in a Foodworks including corn chips marketed as the hottest corn chips you will ever have, look forward to checking that out (with trepidation of course). Note the Falafel wrap was delicious and will be going back to get again! 10.2.23 nearby and literally popped in to get 1 thing and came out with 10! I tell you what they had baklava and I can’t pass up baklava! I even ignored the jam donut so I could buy.2 months agoAmazing selection of tasty food and amazing friendly staff and great coffee, will continue to support and visit this place!!4 years agoNot many cafes around in this area and this one, which I often visit when in the area, is pretty good. The coffee, breakfasts, lunches and snacks are good. As you can see from the photos you can also pickup bread, grocery items, milk and liquor. On a nice day it’s quite plesnt sitting out the front sipping your coffee.6 months agomiddle aged woman at the cashier, is rude and has no customer service, on multiple occasions when sitting out the front eating the food that was purchased from here i am continually stared. come here almost everyday and have the worst experience. please educate your staff as they are ruining your reputation and are horrible.

Independent supermarket, selling groceries. You’ll find more goods here than a convenience store, but less than a fully lined supermarket, so accordingly, more decent pricing than a convenience store, but average price more expensive than say Coles and Woolworths. This store does sell limited but fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and poultry, as well as liquor. Freshly pressed orange juice is also a unique offering. No minimum on cards, no surcharge. Good service.
“I am consistently impressed with the exceptional service at FoodWorks. The owners and staff go above and beyond, always willing to assist with a smile. Whether it’s sorting out boxes of water bottles or offering a diverse range of cultural products, this convenience store exceeds expectations. The pricing is fair, and the customer service is truly outstanding. I highly recommend FoodWorks for their dedication to customer satisfaction and their commitment to providing a wide variety of quality products. A gem in the convenience store landscape!”
Very nice supermarket with great range of fruit and veg as well as alcohol and a wide range of Colombian food. Customer service here is exceptional
Staff is always friendly, helpful and I’m greeted with a smile every time I enter the store. Living close by makes it a definite choice for most of my smaller shops. Being a smaller chain the prices can be a tiny bit higher but the quality is far superior to the bigger chains that are within walking distance. With regular specials and fresh produce, it’s definitely one of the best local shops in the area.
The staff here are amazing! Always smiling and super helpful, they make grocery shopping way more fun. They know their stuff and are always ready to lend a hand or suggest cool new products. It’s like visiting friends who just happen to run a grocery store. Love it here!
