a month agoProducts from Trek are always of good quality and the service we receive from the Trek Majura Park people is always excellent. They always make you feel comfortable when providing sound advice and guidance. I have never felt like they are trying to do the hard sell. When it comes to bike servicing I have not experienced better anywhere else and bring my bikes (Trek and other brands) down from Sydney. My family have now purchased three bikes (including eBikes) from Trek Majura in the past three years and couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and always leave the store with a sense of satisfaction.a month agoHenry is always friendly and welcoming. Fire place is lovely in Pushys. Nice to sit beside it on a soft bench seat and have coffee and cake and be out of the chilly outside winter air, while waiting for my car to be fixed.
Nice young girl was pleasant and brought my coffee over to me.
So few places left are serving coffee after 2pm. This is a gem of a place, its open until 5.30pm most days.
I recently visited pushy and was incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff seemed uninterested in helping me.
First, I had to wait over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally got someone’s attention, they seemed annoyed that I was there. I asked a few questions about different types of bikes, but the employee gave short, unhelpful answers (not even explain how to pump point work, as that bike was Presta type which is different with normal Schrader which I found out how to use it online) and seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered.
Finally, I decided to make a purchase of the Giant Talon plus a Topeak child seat , but the checkout process was just as bad. The employee seemed like they were doing me a favor by taking my money and didn’t even bother to thank me for my business.
Overall, my experience at pushy Bike Shop was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. But the quality of the bike and gear were good.
There are no issues with the store or product range, but I have an issue with getting the products I’ve ordered and getting them in one piece. Back in 09/21, I ordered a helmet, and after 3 attempts of sending replacements, all were broken in transit due to a lack of protective packaging, which the company was made aware of. In the last week, I ordered a new rim which I received today that only had a thin peice of foam to protect it bouncing around in a large box and even better the spoke tool Id also ordered is missing. Every order I have been inconvenienced I won’t be using your online store again.
Bought a globber kids balance bike for my grandson for xmas.the handlebars broke off within hours. they are held on by a single 2 inch screw that screws in a plastic thread,no bolts nothin!
Pushys customer service unhelpful, completely dismissed my safety concerns on this product, refuse a refund bc the box is opened, now want to send replacement handlebars. Yeah not interested in that.
Been a customer for years but will not be buying off them again .if I could give zero stars I would.
Have escalated with fair trading, this should be a recall,whoever designed this bike is a genuine idiot..
