Located in Level 4 Westfield Parramatta. Offers burgers under the healthy burger category. Reasonable options available for vegetarian and non vegetarian burgers. Friendly staff at the counter. We ordered the zen hen Burger. Well prepared. The burgers are light and not too spicy or oily. Prices are average.

Visited on June 23. I tried this out during lunch. Burgers are rather dry, and grilled chicken meat is tasteless instead. The sweet potato chips are nice. Their menu is labelled with each food’s calories, so you know which one to choose if you are concerned about your calorie intake. Whether it’s a healthier choice of burger or not, it’s very subjective and up to your choice. Taste-wise, I would definitely say that it does not meet expectations.

Burnt food! Seriously!!! Was a take away order so obviously the staff assumed it was okay to serve something like this?!! Had paid a premium for this long awaited GF meal and had to chuck it.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Grill’d, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. The burger I ordered was a complete letdown. It was as if they had mistaken their burger for a sandwich, with an absurdly disproportionate amount of bread compared to the pitiful filling inside. The dry, lackluster bread did nothing to salvage the already lackluster situation.

And let’s talk about the price – I’d expect to pay a premium for a high-quality burger, but what I got was a far cry from that. The exorbitant price I paid for that subpar excuse of a burger was simply unjustifiable.

To add insult to injury, even after ordering a shared platter of chips, I left the place feeling far from satisfied. The meager portions and disappointing quality left me questioning why I even bothered stepping foot into Grill’d in the first place.

In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for a filling and satisfying burger experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Grill’d. There are far better options out there that won’t leave your wallet empty and your taste buds unsatisfied.

Chicken slider was terrible, chicken was well and truly overdone. It was dry and burnt. Didn’t enjoy my first meal in Sydney. Should have gone to GYG instead

  4. We were met at the entry by a very friendly worker who recognised we had not been before. She found a handicapped-accessible place for us to sit and took care of our order. The food was delicious – fresh and creatively seasoned and presented. The prices are reasonable for the quality and a portion goes to charity.
