5 months agoI had the most amazing experience of my life buying make up today thanks to Victoria. I’ve been wearing the same make up for years cheap and cheerful and showed. Victoria helped me buy the perfect mascara , eye liner , 2 lipsticks. Also showed me the make up brush to put on your foundation. Never knew this. Love it. I bought that also.I be back next week to buy the moisturizer you gave me a sample of. It’s amazing. Thank you so much for steering me in the right direction ??a year agoI got my 21st makeup done by Sol and OMG I felt beyond stunning! She went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for me (checking what style and colour my dress was, the theme of my party so she could accommodate ect.). Everyone was commenting on how amazing my makeup was! I would recommend Sol to everyone who would listen!!a year agoAbsolutely disgusting service. I booked to have myself and 2 others to have their makeup done for a wedding. I had booked this in 3 months in advance. I was advised that they do not book so early in advance but will put in my details with time, day and the amount of people. She then proceeded to say that someone will contact me 1 month in advance to proceed with the booking as that is when the do their roster. I left all my details but I never received the call, so I took it upon myself to call them. I was then advised that only 1 person was booked and it was done for the wrong time. The girl proceeded to tell me that the person who I spoke to did not get my number and there for MAC could not confirm the appointment and they can not proceed with the booking. I am now three weeks out from the event I need to attend and no appointment. The girl tried alternative options but nothing worked as all three of us needed it done at the same time. I am so disgusted at this service I would not recommend booking as they may not even do what is needed. Very poor service what is the point of a booking service that you can’t even perform!a year agoI had Sol do my makeup for my school ball, I was very happy with how she did it and she made me feel very comfortable through out the entire thing! I went to MAC yesterday and my god! the lady that served me was first of all beautiful, her makeup was on point and her smile made it even better! she was so caring and gorgeous, really made my day!
Recently visited store and never again.
There was 4 staff members that I saw, all standing around talking and looking at themselves in the mirror….I was only customer in store.
They were not interested in providing me with any help and we’re just down right rude.
Ended up going to Mecca Maxima which was extremely busy but they took the time & went above & beyond to assist me and I spent $$$$
First time getting the make up as a man, Shani was invaluable in giving me a make over and have purchased some of there amazing products!
I visited the MAC store in carousel during the busy pre Christmas period. I was delighted as Amy took time to explain all the products that suited me, her advice was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my purchases. Would highly recommend Amy and MAC.
