2 months agoMy only offense was craving Nandos today! First off, when I got here, a couple was ahead of me. Then I went to have a seat and look through the menu. A lady came and was attended to immediately. I was waiting in line. After attending to her, the rep left to talk to his colleagues. I called his attention that I was waiting. He said ok, and went ahead to clean the tables. The chef was the one who took my order. Then I went to sit to wait for my order. A part of 4 women and 2 children came in after I had been fitted for about 10 minutes. Their order came out first. Then the waiter looks at me and asks if my order was what I had ordered. He goes back, talks with the chef, and she brings just my dine in order. They didn’t bring my take out order so I had to go get it myself from the counter. From the beginning, I just got a lot of discrimination. They are racist particularly in this location.4 months agoUsed to visit here regularly for nandos after work in Belmont forum. Chicken is cooked but through poaching not by the grill. Not as much charred taste and even though I asked for extra basting, not a lot there. Chicken was cold from the beginning. Wasn’t too keen on eating. But paella was hot and fresh.a month agohalf of the order is missing , rest of the chicken has no sauce and burn. Terrible6 months agoOn a work day lunch with my family at canning vale Nando’s it was a great time and very quick service and polite staff thanks guys. Yeah it’s really different from the weekend service but still ok.

The food was so tasty and flavoursome. Elected mild and BBQ rather than spicy, and so glad! Savoured wvery mouthful. Our server Kim was efficient; her employer should do everything they can to retain her! Allergen information sheet was a massive bonus, thank you! We’ll be back….

I absolutely love Nando’s grilled chicken – it’s so tasty and juicy! I’m definitely planning to go back because not only is the food amazing, but the staff is super friendly too.
Grill chicken is juicy and flavorful. Love the hot sauce so much. Chips is ok but spicy rice is so nice!
this is the worst nando’s i have ever been, The service is terrible, at least 70% of the tables were dirty, the staff unprofessional, the food below average! pretty sure this restaurant doesn’t have a manager or have one who doesn’t care about giving a good service! Save time & Money DO NOT COME TO THIS NANDOS’S
