Staff are very friendly and we parked at the Wilson Parking called Kent Street but actually on Sussex Street which is 6 minutes walk.2 months agoThe customer service was excellent due to how quickly the waiter responded to our needs of tissues and sauces which significantly improved our experience at Nando’s Clarence St. Both the peri peri chicken and BBQ chicken were scrumptious and succulent. Food was quite tasty and at a decent price.
Ordered the paella with veggie patty. Quite tasty and good spice but veggies need to be mixed in with rice as all just at top. Good serving size
The coleslaw was very tasty.
Sweet potato chips were okay without being spectacular but needs to come with some sort of sauce tbh
Chicken was well done and tasty.
Service was a bit slow and maybe not the cleanest restaurant but okay.
Ordering system is a pain and dine in patrons should be allowed to have the option of ordering at table. Feel like takeaway orders and delivery are given priority.
The food is usually fine and consistent but they desperately need more staff. Incredibly slow service and even slower for food to come out. Please hire more staff to improve this.
5 star for food but 1 star for service.
Was there for dinner on Friday evening. Ordered a full grilled chicken (herbs and lemon) with grain salad. The food was excellent and tasted well. But the issue was time of order to the time food was served took 1 hour. The staff were clueless as to what the order was and the tracking or management was very poor. Service needs to improve significantly.
An hour before the actual closing time (arrived just before 9pm) they often close half the restaurant and the six of us were forced to sit on a tiny table for four. Other customers hoping to dine in were also turned away. This has happened several times at Nandos Parramatta. The excuse was understaffing. Clearly don’t care about customer experience. I pleaded for us to sit on the table which could accommodate the six of us as I couldn’t see what difference it would make to them if we ate on a bigger table instead but they wouldn’t budge.
Customer service pathetic, no Greetings, restaurant was dirty. Absolute chaos.
I went there for dine in.
Rude indian lady who was on counter did not taking any order, straight saying scan code and place order.
Plates and cutleries ware all dirty not even cleaned. I washed them by myself. Than saw plates all dirty, asked that indian lady to clean. She could not understand what i was asking. Then asked team member to clean. Serve again dirty plates.
Table we seat, was not even cleaned. When indian lady came to clean she was spraying cleaning liquid all over us while cleaning table she even did not care that dirt was falling on us.
WORST SERVICE EVER, WHEN THE OTHER BOY WORKED INCHARGE IT WAS STANDARD SERVICE. THIS RUDE INDIAN LADY IS NOT ENOUGH TRAINED ON HOSTING. I HOPE SHE IS SAME DIRTY PERSON ON HER HOME KITCHEN. DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR ??
