I purchased a double Bondi burger late last night after training and it was cold so I went back and asked for a fresh one. They made me a fresh one but it had no Oprego sauce or cheese, just a dry, tasteless burger. I think I’m going to give up on Oportos altogether. More misses than hits and the inflated $17 for a meal just can’t be justified when you can’t even get what you paid for

I ordered an Oprego and El Troppo, both burgers came with one piece of chicken, wilted lettuce and sauce, nothing else! Are the burgers made fresh? As it didnt look or taste like it. Don’t waste your money here. Never again will I go to an Oporto’s.

Always so fresh and perfectly cooked, you can tell by how hot it is even through delivery. Oh and they close at 1am

The chips were stale but had been re fried and re salted and the chicken had hair in it, I told the manager that I had hair in my food and he sighed and asked if I wanted a new one or if I could take the hair out! I don’t no what country or century he thought we were in but this is absolutely not on! Roselands Oporto definitely trying to cut corners as I never had this issue with any other

I love Oportos but this is the worst Oportos in Sydney. Poor food quality, actually got food poisoning from a burger I had here & poor service too. Lots of room for improvement on cleanliness & staff need more training to comply with WHS standards. Shockingly terrible ??

  1. This is the worst Oporto not only in the inner west but in Sydney !!!!
It’s an open space with rubbish everywhere and pigeons flying around.
The food is okay but the chips from this Oporto taste really awful and not nice chips at all.
Also, restroom here is kinda hidden and is the grossest public restroom I’ve even seen in my life with graffiti all over the walls and smells so bad.

  2. Two orders accepted by your Newtown restaurant only for the restaurant to be closed on arrival. I’d suggest employing staff that aren’t idiotic enough to accept orders when the restaurant is closed. You’d think for a multi-million dollar business you’d have better training system and more of a focus on customer experience in place.

  3. The food is what I expected for a fast food chain so no complaints there The service was good but the restrooms were disgusting the drain was blocked and there was no toilet paper.
The bin had food in it with quite a few flys crawling on it.
Very little soap in the soap dispenser
And possibly the worst yet the locks (yes locks as in more than 1) on the door were completely broken or missing parts so if you want to use the bathroom have someone stand guard so nobody walks in on you.

  4. Disgusting. Friendly staff. A bathroom painted back covered in filth, like a junky den off TV. The salad was mainly cabbage and old lettuce. Overprocessed, overcooked mushy rice, most of the dish was inedible. The chicken was ok. $17 for tenderloin…my worst dining experience Ive ever had.
