a month agoWent to the shop yesterday to buy some spray paint for my car. Asked one of the staff to help to find a spray. He said he will come back. After 5 minutes saw him sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Asked him again to help. While I was checking the product he rudely said you need to go pay at the checkouts. I went to the checkouts to pay. Check out lady was so rude (her name is Sultana). She said $66 for both bottles. I said on the label it says $31 each. She rudely said someone put the wrong label and it’s $33 each. I said not my fault your staff put a wrong label. She said it’s $66 with an angry voice. I asked her name she gave the name. I asked for the receipt. She left it on the table with an angry face. When I checked the receipt it says a different name.I wouldn’t make a big deal if someone left a wrong label. we are humans we do mistakes but I’m leaving a bad review because the staff was so rude and useless. Customer service NIL. Never ever going there again!
in the last weekVery disgusting. I made an order and paid for two items online. It showed that both items are availble in manukau branch. One hour later they called me one item is not availble and refund will be done to the same account which i paid.Its been a week now. Still not refunded and i mailed several times to customer care. They dont reply. Not recommending their service.
2 months agoSuper fantastic team here, really helpful and fun engagement with customers. Really felt valued as a customer and they helped buy tools for replacing my brakes without judgement lol even offered cheaper options so nice to see they’re not only about making a sale. Really awesome.a month agoThey have hand written new opening hours outside the store, so they close at 5PM instead of 5.30PM. This isn’t reflected on Google Maps or even Repco’s own website. And the doors were already locked at 4.50PM. Supercheap Auto next door is open for their normal business hours. No idea what’s going on at this store.3 months agoPretty poor customer service, walk in at 4:59 the young Indian lady snaps at me ” we are closed! As she looks at the floor ruffle the keys to close up. I ask could I just grab, and before I finish she snaps NO!. Granted it’s almost 5pm but being polite goes a long way. I’m a business owner and if any of my staff acted like that, no chances sorry. But hey I guess they are closed.

Disappointing experience with customer service. I came to look for an awning for my car. It’s out of stock in Wairau and the staff advised that there is one on stock in Otahuhu. She called the store and told me that the awning is currently on hold for me. I drove an hour to get to Otahuhu and was told that nothing was hold. The Otahuhu staff told me that they told the Northshore staff that it was no longer available but I was still sent there. One hour drive with nothing. Wast of my time and petrol, and no apology from Wairau staff for this mistake.
Mauro’s customer service was exceptional. Went in to get wiper blades with no idea what I was doing. Mauro picked the blades cut them to size and replaced the super quickly. Thank you.
