  1. Check out lady was really rude. Salad was out of date and my husband and I were struggling with a fussy toddler and a pram and she told us we couldn’t buy it but we could go back in and get another. Everything’s else was scanned, it was not busy, staff could have gone to get it for us instead of just throwing the salad and telling us to collect everything up and go get an in date salad. Like it was our fault we picked up an out of date item? This is why we go to Woolies… that and free fruit for kids to keep them entertained.

  2. What a sick joke. Small store, no in house bakery and to be charged for parking there was the last straw. I won’t be going back. Wish I’d read the reviews first. I was tempted to refuse to pay but a driver waiting behind me paid it before I realized.

  3. Typical Coles. Good choices, fair prices and easy access. Coles branded Butter Chicken quick frozen meal rates a mention! Great taste compared to some of the others and it actually has chicken pieces – not just sauce and rice.

  4. Just have a very bad experience today was around there 2:25 looking after something which was difficult to find for us. We ask one lady who works in dairy as per she told us for a frozen duck meat and she even don’t care about us and start telling us what what as our accent is not aussies but we spelled it for her and she suggest us only Ulverstone and Devonport got it and not here but she even don’t bother to ask any other team member and after that we asked another team member and he advised us it’s on aisle 8 and we finally find it. But the lady who told us she works on dairy she was kind of bulleying us because she was talking with another customer by laughing. Is this the customer service coles is providing to us we feel racism and embarrassed which was reported to front end but we don’t think we will go on coles for shopping again.
