a week agoDr John and the wonderful staff were absolutely amazing! It has been 20 years I am ashamed to say since I seen a dentist.As soon as I entered the super clean amazing almost showroom like dentist facility I immediately felt at ease with the friendly staff and professionalism.
I am nervous and apprehensive on what was going to happen etc.
Dr John and the nurses were extremely forthcoming, gentle, friendly and there precision and expertise was amazing to watch.
I never thought I would actually ever enjoy a dentist visit. Dr John was honest, direct in a fantastic way, his experience and expertise put me at complete ease and I knew I was dealing with a complete expert, expert team and company.
I am truly amazed, impressed beyond measure and extremely thankful for making what I thought would be a painful, embarrassing experience an absolute pleasant eye opening engaging experience.
I have alot of work to be done and I am 100% confident in the staff and Gentle Dental Care Hervey Bay as a whole to take care of me. Well done and great job guys!!!

The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, the dentist was fantastic – not once did I feel embarrassed or uncomfortable and the dental assistant was just as beautiful – very kind, non judgmental and professional. 29/12/235 months agoI am not one that enjoys a dentist chair. But Josh and the Gentle Dental Team have been very understanding and have worked with me to get my smile back to where I would like it to be. Gentle Dental is currently taking care of my whole family including my husband and daughter who are undergoing braces, my eldest daughter who has been referred on to a dental paediatrician for her needs and Olivia from Gentle Dental has even visited my son at Kindy to show 4 year olds how to brush their teeth and get them excited about using floss, their tooth brushes etc. I can not fault the team who make you feel very comfortable from the 1st time you step into the office. Thank you Gentle Dental Team ☺️4 months agoI’m a real scaredy-cat when it comes to a dentist however they are very professional, pain free and very through with a fully costed plan on what you need to get your perfect teeth. I was also impressed with the technology to track progress with scans, photos and able to build crowns immediately, My teeth were a mess and now I’m very happy to smile.6 months agoI have heard from multiple people about how great this place is. And after my first appointment today, I can see why everybody is raving about it. My booking was on time, staff were very nice and knowledgeable, the set-up in the rooms was excellent.I have looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

I had a great experience visiting this dentist for an appointment with my 4-year-old. Dr. Alex made the visit fun and safe, which naturally made my daughter smile, making it easier for her examination. Clear explanations were provided to me about the health of her teeth. My own examination was also professional and thorough. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. The facilities are also modern and clean.

I was sent by community dental with a voucher. The staff were VERY friendly & I was seen immediately ( thank goodness) I was given options but opted for removal.
The dentist was very gentle & kind and the follow up was great!
