a month agoThe food here is super delicious, and they give a huge quantity too. It’s awesome food, we really enjoyed coming here and the prices are also reasonable. Very good vegetarian food here.We had to wait some time for food to come, and lots of other reviews mention the same. If the restaurant gets crowded then you may need to wait for your food, so you should keep some extra time available when coming here. But otherwise, the food is made so well that it made the experience worth it!
a week agoA short uphill walk from Central station there is a nice blend of street/ restaurant food to be had. The thalli style meals a re good value for me as a vegetarian. There is a bar inside (which stocks Indian/aussie brands) as well as a sign for a banquet hall which i have not seen. Pleasant all round for a meal/snack.a week agoGreat value for money & top service. This is a low key relaxed fast dining Indian with a large range of meal deals. The staff were super friendly and charming, taking time to explain everything to me. Food was delicious. Portion was just enough – they even have tub a wear to take the rest of your food home! Would defo recommend this place for a quick bite to eat3 months agoHad an enjoyable meal at PR. Bang full of flavour, good heat on the curries, Biryani was superb, naan were terrific. Slightly on the pricey side but it’s kinda in town..3 months agoI ordered goat curry, but it was too spicy (even though i used to eat a bit spicy), and i got mostly bones. However, the prices were quite low compared to other restaurants I tried in Brisbane.

We went here for Friday Night dinner. Location is suitable upstairs from a grocery store. Atmosphere is like a food court. Service is relatively quick and on colored trays. Environment was loud, but casual environment with value for money.
The flavor of food is strong, but not too strong and food was not spicy. Dosa was crispy and nice with multiple curries.
I would come again.
Great place for vegetarians. I am a big fam of chole bature at this place. The Dosha I ordered didn’t hit my expectations though.
Liked the atmosphere here. They can do some improvements on the service though.
Highly recommend for vegetarians.
Masala chai was great too.
Feels super authentic and with plastic plates and plastic cups it had a nice down to earth vibe. I don’t know much about Indian food and had already eaten 2x pastries (1× crossiant which wasnt very good and 1x Kouign-amann which was quite nice) before I visited and so didn’t eat much at all. The tap water was cool, which was nice. I think it was good food and love that this place exists! 5 stars!!
Mitch Masala restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic and mouth-watering Indian cuisine. The thali and chole bhature are highly recommended and will not disappoint those who are missing the taste of home. These dishes are not only delicious but also accurately captures the essence of Indian cooking. Don’t forget to stop by Mitch Masala to satisfy your cravings and experience the exquisite flavors of India.
This place has been horrifying. Went to eat a simple meal only to find rude servers and a FLY (Mosquito) on my food. I approached the server and asked her to just take it, she did not apologise just rudely took the plate away, she came back with a new one and i went up to the counter to inform that I will not be able to put the food down my throat given the insect in my food.
The server got annoyed and started fighting back saying the food would go to waste, i should inform i will not be able to gulp it. No apologies given, no hygiene. Also i expect fresh(er) food when i visit a restaurant but the whole thali was prepared in 2 mins, clearly not fresh enough maybe stored and served for days. I wish i had a better review, unfortunately, not.
