Always friendly staff who remember the customers and are super helpful with carrying and loading the car. A great range of healthy plants that have the advantage of being hardened off in theur outside setting. Notice they always have the latest ‘fashionable’ plants before alot of other store which is great to see in person. Keep up the amazing work! Recently I bought bare root roses from Heyne’ s as well as 2 other outlets. The plants from Heyne’s are much healthier and better quality. I won’t be wasting buying plants elsewhere. Their advice is superb.
Fantastic service. Gemma and Jo helped me going above and beyond the call of duty. And then lifted my pot out to my car! You don’t get service like this nowadays.
Visited Heyne’s on the weekend looking to do some planting with a bit of uncertainty about what to plant. The staff were amazing. They gave such good advice, were very helpful and generous with their time, while giving a few different options for planting.
Every time I visit this place I’m reminded to try elsewhere and that it’s just proximity that causes me to return. Staff seem completely disinterested in providing advice or assistance to sell their products.
